This small, brand new hotel is modern and very clean. Alex, the owner, is always available to help and give helpful information on where to go, visit, or recommend a restaurant. The air conditioning kept turning itself off automatically. Very frustrating to wake up during night due to the room heating up.

The space was exceptionally clean and quiet. Very happy with building lift rather than carrying luggage up stairs. The location is sensational.

The room was very large, spotlessly clean, and quiet. Everything was new and fresh, and it had all the comforts, especially soundproof windows and good air conditioning. It's a small, three-room hotel located in the heart of Naples' historic center, just steps from everything. The staff were friendly and attentive, and it's close to the metro and the port for exploring Pompeii and the islands. Highly recommended!!

Small hotel very well maintained in every detail, modern, clean, quiet, and well air-conditioned. Room with a large and very comfortable bed, very kind and helpful staff for any small request, double pillows provided or the option to leave luggage before check-in. Customer attention is the top priority for this small hotel. Excellent location, close to everything: monuments, main squares, bars, restaurants, metro...port etc. Highly recommended. They also provided us with two complimentary bottles of water, which we greatly appreciated.

Super hotel, excellent location, beautiful and comfortable room, very quiet and everything new. They let us leave our bags for free both before and after check-in, two complimentary bottles of water included in the price. The Nespresso machine is excellent for enjoying coffee before heading out to explore the beauty of Naples.

I stayed at this splendid hotel located in the heart of Naples' historic center, housed in a charming, elegantly renovated historic building with an elevator. The hotel is located on the third floor and offers a perfect balance of ancient charm and modern comfort. The room was surprisingly spacious, meticulously maintained, and quiet—a true haven of peace in the heart of the city. Equipped with free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, Daikin air conditioning, a spacious closet, blackout curtains, a comfortable armchair, and a modern electronic key card access system, it offered all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The large, modern bathroom was another highlight: spotless and with a truly pleasant, extra-large shower. A Nespresso coffee machine was also located in the entrance hall, perfect for starting the day with a delicious espresso before exploring the city. The location is simply ideal: just steps from Piazza San Domenico Maggiore, the lively Spaccanapoli district on Via dei Tribunali, and about 500 meters from the Dante metro station. A perfect starting point for visiting all the wonders of the historic center. In conclusion, a modern, well-maintained, perfectly located hotel, highly recommended for those who want to experience Naples in style and comfort. I will definitely be back!

Nilo Relais never disappoints. It's in an excellent location for exploring the city and visiting the islands of Ischia, Capri, and Procida. It's a 15-minute walk from the Massa port, where ferries depart. The room is modern and quiet. There was even a Nespresso machine at the hotel entrance, for a great cup of coffee before heading out. Highly recommended

A boutique hotel with just a few rooms, centrally located. Everything is new, recently renovated, and spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, USB ports, and blackout curtains. Our room was quiet and overlooked the internal courtyard of a beautiful period building. The staff was friendly and available to answer any questions. A very central location for admiring the beauty of Naples. The price was lower than the hotel's actual value. Highly recommended.

I regretted staying only one night

Huge, quiet room, large, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and a walk-in shower for two. It had all the amenities, especially the new, high-performance Daikin air conditioning. Everything was new and smelled clean. It's located in a historic Neapolitan building, right in the city center. The location is perfect, just a few meters away from everything you need (sights, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, the metro, and taxis). Friendly and helpful staff..

It is also located a few steps from the Dante Metro station, where you can get to the main Garibaldi station in just 8 minutes by train. Highly recommended. Quiet, modern room with attention to detail. The plus of the room was the large tub where you can have a nice relaxing bath after a nice walk in the historic center of Naples. Kind and friendly staff, always ready to give us useful information. Location right in the center, super. Well air conditioned room with daikin, excellent.

The welcome was top. The owner allowed us to check in early, having arrived before 13:00. The structure was modern, very clean and every day the rooms were tidied and cleaned. The room was quiet, spacious and well lit. The bathroom super new and very comfortable. The owner helped us with all the necessary directions and suggestions. Naples is very beautiful as is the hotel. I will definitely return.
