The room we stayed in was a little tired and in need of some refreshing. The bathroom, while perfectly functional, would benefit from an update.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Nina Suites. The location was perfect, about a mile from the train station and a couple of blocks to SpaccaNapoli. The room was basic and comfortable. It was also quiet which we appreciated. The people working there were very nice an helpful. The A/C worked well as did the Wifi.

Our host communicated promptly & our check-in with Pina was easy. She was very friendly & helpful too. The room was bright & clean & the bed was comfortable. Wifi was also very good. The hot water was excellent & shower pressure was strong. The location was central but quiet. It was very close to the main restaurant streets which were full of great eateries & take away outlets, where you could buy delicious street food. There was a common area where a simple Italian breakfast was offered & lots of bottled water was also available to all guests.

The location is very good, right in the city centre with access to shops and restaurants within minutes. It was sparkly clean, the host was very nice, helped us around and provided information we needed. Good value for money, i would happily come back :)

The lock in the front door (white one) isn't working well, it needs many attemps to open the lock and a bit of burglary skills to open the door after that too - it's doable, but I hope they will fix the lock.

The place is perfect between port and railwaystation on the corner of old town. Room was cosy and clean and bed was nice. My hubby was a bit cold with only sheet, but he used other from the bunkerbed and was fine with that. Coffee and water were nice to have in reception.

Quite dirty room with hair and nails on floor,probably previous tenants. Uncomfortable mattress and pillows.

Air conditioned room was introduced by our host Leonardo to us right at the check in time at 2pm with cold water in the fridge 😍, they were so sweet to offer us to leave our stuff earlier until apartment is getting ready for us until we sightsee! Also, you are able to make yourself coffee or tea in the morning and grab a little snack before you leave the place which was very handy for us. Room is very clean, nice smell is all over the place, and bathroom has planty of room. The location itself is just perfect and everything you will like to visit by farest is max 30min walking diatance from the apartment, good restaurants and pizza places are very close. It is 10/10 for us! And big thanks to our host Leonardo to taking care of our stuff after we check out and went sightseeing, it meant a lot to us!

Room was very old, needing a lot of repairs/touchups. Had to carry 5 keys to unlock all doors. Owner also contacted us repeatedly for information we had already provided to the link sent by them, and then further after check out again for information already provided.

As general Naples is one of the dirtiest cities in Europe and the dirtiest area in it is around the railway station and port. This is exactly where the Nina suites is located and the room can get very dirty, very quickly. In addition, there is no free room cleaning or towel and sheet change which we found unacceptable given the fact that we stayed for more than a week. The room and bathroom are spacious but there aren't many places to hang your clothes, nor the towels in the bathroom. There is a small fridge in the room which was broken and could not even keep your drinks cold. The breakfast in this B&B consisted of store-bought croissants and crackers with expresso, tea or cold water.

The place has a great location in the centre of Naples. It is just a few minutes walking distance from a subway station and 10-15 minutes from the central railway station, which gives you access to the whole region. The room was spacious enough for two people to stay more than a week and the working air-conditioning is vital for the hot summer temperatures in Naples. The common areas are always kept clean and there is available cold water in fridge. The staff who we met only once were friendly and helpful and we were not bothered for anything during our stay. All in all, it is a good place to stay for only a couple of days.

Accidentally left one bag in the room. It was 5.30am. 3 doors with locks to the road. Taxi waiting, owner refused to answer telephone or respond to any messages. Luckily travel documents in an other bag. I was very disappointed with owner, if travel documents where in the bag we would have missed our flight 😡

Initial communication with staff was great at arrival, but afterwards it was non-existent or one was simply given one excuse after the other. I required a receipt/invoice, which was promised at the day of check-out. However, despite this promise and many repeated requests and promises over the next weeks, I have still not received a receipt. Overall, the room was OK for the money, although I think the broken shelves and shower housing (the magnetic door held it together so that it didn't leak) should be fixed.
