The location is perfect and the staff were so lovely. The room size was great and the breakfast was amazing. We were offered fresh scrambled eggs and bacon and I have to say that the bacon was on another level of delicious. I felt like we stepped back in time which made our stay even more special.

Our plan was to visit Florence in the summer, and to run away from the heat and exhaustion, we wanted our place to be super close to the known landmarks and gastronomy locations, which went successful. The room was very clean, the staff were very responsible and friendly, the air conditioner worked perfectly, the bathroom was clean and the soaps, shampoo, slippers, ... are provided. They have good breakfast and they kindly serve eggs and bacon on demand, plus the croissants were delicious, the room is unexpectedly soundproof and we had good sleep during the nights, I connected my phone to the room’s TV to watch things on YouTube. All and all, we stayed for four nights, and I would recommend it to everybody who wants to find a traditional place up to the standards.

Fantastic value for money, given the location just a few blocks from both the train station and the Duomo!! Very friendly personnel, always present in the entrance/lobby and speak good English. As you can see in the pictures, it's an old building and the rooms seem to be very different. Ours was on the first floor facing a street, but the window was modern and well insulated, so we slept well.

I don’t see much room for improvement. You have to struggle with your suitcases on the stairs until you reach the reception (and the elevator) one floor up. Also, the elevator can handle only one person per trip. This is an old building, skillfully refurbished and tastefully decorated,

The breakfast was good. The hotel was very close to the Duomo. There are many good restaurants nearby. This place is perfect for a short stay. I would come again.

While it can't be helped because it is a very old building, the street is quite loud at times. So, just know that if you are a light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs. The shower was super tiny. My husband compared it to an RV shower saying it was even smaller. He is 6' 180lbs for reference. Also, as I believe they say in their description, there are about 19 steps that you will need to carry your bag up and then down again.

The location for proximity to things was great! Not at all far from the train station and only a few minutes walk to the Duomo. The room was very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. All in all, I found it charming and would stay again.

The location of this hotel is great.Close to the tram, either from the airport or from the park andcride in Villa Constanza..The hotel is right in the centre of Florebce, close to all the landmarks. It iscso clean, so yadtefully decorated, so relaxing.Breakfast was amazing.I thought it was just continental but then we were offered bacon and eggs.
