I was not aware that we needed to ask for the air conditioning to be switched on in the room by reception on the first night. The hostel was very noisy on the first night of our stay, people seemed to be up at all hours, but appreciated the noise of the AC on 2nd night as this drowned out the noise of others in the hostel.

Friendly staff who were happy to help, the breakfast bags were much appreciated, unfortunately it was raining during our stay so couldn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities. Good location to the airport, it is a shame there is not a safe way to be able to get to the airport the short route but walked to and from the airport on the long route which was really easy and was happy to do

The staffs are so nice. Since I could not find ways going to the hostel, he called me to instruct and also booked the taxi for me to go to the airport in very early morning. Quite clean and well organized in facility. Tips: in case you are unable to find ways going to the hostel, the taxi is always there for you.

staff were unhelpful with informing me best way to get from the hostel into Venice. 32 bed dorm felt like a lot of people. no shelves in shower.

Great location if flying out of Trevino airport. Laundry facilities available (€4 for washing with detergent/ €3 for drying). Staff happy to order local takeaway pizza which was great as well as selling some beers/soft drinks. Stayed in a private room which was clean and exactly what we needed before an early morning flight.

- not the hostel’s fault but the path to the hostel is a bit complicated considering how visually close it is to the airport - the AC was a bit too loud making it too difficult to sleep - the breakfast was nice but too small - too warm in the room on that day Overall a solid place for one or two nights if you are coming from the Treviso airport

The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted by us, but the staff turned it on right away when we asked. Overall, a very pleasant stay for one night.

- I would not really recommend for families with children. It would probably be too noisy for them. - In my opinion the prices are slightly high.

The staff at reception was helpful and nice. The facility was clean. Even though there was a late party in the yard we were worried about, it ended right before middnight as we were promised at the reception. In general had an impression that the place is great for hostel type of travelers who might like to communicate with other guests and are not against having a small party time to time.

The only thing that maybe a bit was disturbing - the bathroom (although still private for us, with a key) was outside of the room. Our 6-year old had to wake me up in the middle of the night to go there and the lights turned on automatically there - so it kind of disturbed the sleep a bit.

Since we (me, my partner and our 6-year old) had our flight early next morning, our main priority was being close to the airport, which is why we chose this ho(s)tel. But it actually was much nicer, than we expected. The room was clean, there was a nice party outside when we arrived, so we could even get some food and drinks in the late evening. And even there was outside quite some loud music (because of the party), inside it was relatively quiet - so one could have slept even without using earplugs.

They didn’t have a common kitchen area, so even if you buy food in their garden at the food place party area you will need to buy also water to drink. They sell the water/drinks in and out. Don’t even have a place where to wash a fruit, needed to go to the toilet. That I didn’t like. The receptionist explain all very fast, she should go always with you to the room to show you since the cards sometimes doesn’t work and also is not easy to find the light once you get inside the room, and without battery impossible. So then you need to go downstairs and ask for help again. There is not so many common areas. And is very hard to find the way to the hostel because you need to walk on the main road that looks more like a part of the high way 🥲 lucky me I find a guy on the street otherwise I don’t know. Not even any signal. Oh and the shower was broken!

The cleaning of the place was very good and the position of the hostel, the old man that stay during the night is very helpful and kind, his English is really good. You can grab some cookies for breakfast but is very simple breakfast.

Positives were that it’s impeccably clean, staff were super helpful, lots of bright open space in the communal area. I woke up very early 5:30 and this is the first hostel I’ve stayed in where there was breakfast already available that early - yay! (Not sure why people are complaining about breakfast on these reviews when it’s free). Food and drink machines available any time of day were handy. Negatives - The hostel could be greatly improved if there were comfy sofas to chill out on. Also, if there were basic self catering facilities such a fridge, cutlery and sink. There were people staying long term at the hostel and for me it didn’t have the ‘vibe’ of a normal traveller hostel. It seemed very handy for people coming from the airport Massive supermarket nearby where they had a lovely restaurant attached where I got a burger, fresh juice and sweet treat for €10! It was very busy so obviously popular with locals
