The room is clean and cozy. There is a refrigerator and a minibar with a pleasant price. I really liked the coffee machine with real Italian coffee and the option to choose. Special thanks to the owner of NovaNova. Friendly and very supportive. Any question or request was resolved. The location is one of the best, with everything you need within walking distance. There is an elevator. The room with a balcony has beautiful view of the old city.

Absolutely nothing 100% worth your stay.

I cannot recommend this property enough. Apart from the fact that it is so centrally located the rooms are amazing and super comfortable. Check in was super easy host was so attentive and went above and beyond to provide information and also kept in touch through out our stay. Breakfast is included which is a small cafe 1 minute from the Hotel with some amazing Pastries and coffee. Hotel is about 10-15 mins walk from Spanish Quarters so really you cant go wrong with choosing NovaNova. Upon request they have also booked for us a pick up from and to the Airport which made it so easy for us to have our mind at rest. We will definitely return when we visit Napoli again.

The owner wanted paid in cash! Apparently they are changing financial systems! However signs jn accommodation stated no Cc for anything and they appeared old. He did give me a reduction of 30 Euros. But I do not consider this a good practice. The outside of the property leaves a lot to be desired.

The host Alberto was friendly, kind and helpful all throughout our 5 days there, he even changed the broken toilet seat in half a day, even though we didnt insist. The location is amazing 3 minutes to the metro, 5 minutes to the biggest shopping street and the restaurants and around 10 minutes to the souvenir streets. The room was comfortable, had nice A/C, everything was top-notch. The breakfast was at the corner cafe, but it was so so good. I might be a rookie, but it was the best coffee I had in my life, along with the best pastry (crema croissant) i had in my life. We will surely stay here, if we ever plan on coming to Naples again.

Problems with the elevator on the first day, we had to take the stairs with bags. Very small fridge could not fit large water bottles. During cleaning, the towels and toilet paper were not replenished during the entire stay. The last day we had no toilet paper, we had to solve it ourselves, also the cafe who gives free breakfast took our voucher first day and we didnt get any new ones.

It was easy to check in. We received instructions via whatsapp to check in ourselves without a receptionist on site. Good air conditioning. Coffee machine in the lobby although we never had time to test it. Also good to see first aid kit in lobby.

Only minor thing was the strange wind sounds from the AC. Othwerise very nice place to stay. Location 10. Excellent bar almost at the front door and another nice one 10m away. Breakfast was quite simple. Croissant od your choise and coffee.

Check-in required a bit of a hustle as the door lock didn't work. But it was solved quickly by the intervention of the personnel.

The breakfast was around the corner in a little coffeebar. It would have been more comfortable of it had been in the building itself. Also the lift is very old en small.

Christiano communicated all the essentials ahead of our travels. He accommodated us when we showed up early and was very helpful. The property is very nicely finished - we were really impressed. Location is good, close to all amenities you need, and we felt ver safe.
