I didn’t notice any downsides during my stay.

Everything was great! The location is perfect right in the city center on a lively tourist street, with all the main attractions within walking distance. It’s also very close to the train station. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Despite being near a busy street, it was very quiet inside.

The facilities, were really good, the location was amazing, everything was really close, you can get walking everywhere. And the host was really helpful. He even helped us book the taxi to leave. He was always so attentive.

Room is small. There is no fridge. Stairs and building is older than Italy. It might be too Napoli for me, but at least studio is renovated. Unlike the building...

Location is authentic. Once you leave apartment, both sides lead to Napoli historic center. If you go down, prepare for crowds and small shops. If you go up, prepare for Vespas driving fast while you are climbing 300m to see the church and eat the best pizza at the lowest possible price. Bathroom is more spacious than the studio room itself, but it's good for short stay. Everything is clean and Nicola (host) will communicate with you if anything is necessary. It is okay value for money and if you get bigger room, it is probably 8/10. Worth a stay.

I enjoy staying at Np Spaccanapoli for multiple reasons: The communication was great Very helpful host 👌 Very clean accommodation and room Everything needed was there The location was really great close to everything and 2 mn walk to the main street with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Most of the most interesting places to visit were 15 mn walk away. I enjoyed my stay very much and would highly recommend it. The street might feel scary when you enter, but it is actually very safe.

The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable and right in the heart of the historic centre. All communications with Nicola were fast and effective and all the people we had to deal with were helpful and friendly. Wifi is fast and strong.
