First of all it was very clean which is the most important , secondly the location for sassari is perfect and lastly I really liked the communication with the team responsible!

Only suggestion is to make sure the renters keep the noise down especially night hours .

The location is near Piazza d'Italia, very close to the city center. It’s only a 5–10 minute walk to most of the important historical sites. Every morning in the kitchen, you have access to coffee, croissants, some cookies, and yogurt. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. In the morning, you can enjoy your coffee on the small terrace with a 180-degree view. Antonietta is very friendly, always available, and ready to help with anything you need. It was a very pleasant stay!

The only downside is that you can’t cook eggs for breakfast. However, you can find affordable breakfast options nearby or at a small supermarket just five minutes away.

The property was beautiful, clean and had a lovely shared balcony for relaxing. The location was excellent for walking around the city with many restaurants in easy distance. We enjoyed being able to check-in at our convenience and the app was easy to use.

Everything was great. People should know the elevator is small so it might take two trips if you have a large group or lots of luggage. The rooms are on the 5th floor (6th American) so some may not want to do that many stairs. I didn’t think either was an issue.

Host is a bit confused with bookings, we were two groups however we booked separately, so she wouldn’t know we were a group, however she kept sending the information only to me. The aircom on my room took nearly a day to start cooling my room, and the host was watching us by the camera in the hallway the whole time as she would message us from time to time to talk about something in the room. The explanations on how to open the doors were not so clear and the fact that we always have to have battery on our phones to open the doors is inconvenient, as you can get stuck.

The room was beautiful and very big. Very nice and comfy the breakfast room. In general all place was very clean and the staff exceptional and always available and patient. Also, the location is great! Many restaurants, the main museum of the city, and Piazza Italia reachable in 3 minutes.

We liked the location, use of technology, room accommodations and common areas. Staff was excellent and especially Antoinette was fantastic.

The room was clean, modern and comfortable to stay for both vacation and work. There's a free public parking behind the building. I liked also shared kitchen and breakfast.

Nothing. Just a suggestion, it would be grateful if trash can in the kitchen were a bit larger and there were more pieces for separation by type.

Apartment was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated, comfortable bed, our host Antoinetta was very helpful and quickly supported when we had issues entering the apartment

The lift was very old and not comfortable at all if you travel with a baby.

We had an amazing stay at Nue Suites. The interior is very well-kept, modern and clean. We enjoyed the quality of the mattress and pillows. The owners left typical Sardinian sweets and beer for our group in the kitchen. The check-in and check-out was very easy (using an app on your phone). Public parking lot was also near-by and free of charge.
