I liked the location of the building and it was very quiet. The kitchen was nice and the bathroom seemed like it was renovated. It was a little tight but otherwise very clean and nice.

I didn’t really like the front room. It only had one couch a tiny little TV stand. I think they need to redo that room and make it a little bit more comfortable. They need more seating area than a two seat couch. That house has so much potential and could be so cute warm and inviting they just need to concentrate a little more on the decorating. It was way too sparse. It seemed like a bachelor pad where the individual had no money.

Our host Alessandro was very welcoming, helpful and understanding! The apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy and properly equipped. The location is also really good, the perfect distance from the city center, quiet but lively. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The owner sent us a password to get in the apartment. When we settled they arrived and told us they sent us the wrong password and we had to change the apartment. Once we changed the apartment we recognized that we forgot something in the previous one and informed the owner. However, they ignored us and didn’t reply for almost 10 hours. During our 3-day stay they didn’t even check the apartment. We called them using the number on Booking and they told us that someone else is in charge and she does not know anything about the situation. And after our departure they texted us that they found it. Still we couldn’t get it back. In short I don’t find the owner either reliable or considerate.

The location of the property is perfect. The metro station Cavour for T2 line is 5 minutes walking or we can walk to St Marco square for bus and metro. 10- 15 minutes walking to Duomo and David statue.

There is nothing I did not like. Alessansando communicated very responsively and clearly. I took his advice on everything from taxi to how to deal with rubbish. Only wish I could stay longer.

It was very central and had everything you needed. Was in a nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to almost everything.

Pictures of couch were different but that's minor was a nice stay.

Having a garden - location

It had a lot of natural light, very clean and roomy, excellent location and had an outdoor area to relax.

A dedicated family room was not available.

The apartment was nice and spacious had almost everything you needed. The location was nice and quiet, we felt safe walking back at night, only downside was we had to walk at least 20 mins to get to anything we wanted to do since it's faster than trying to get a car in that area. So if you have the ability to, I'd suggest getting an electric scooter to get around.

There wasn't any hand soap included even though the listing said toiletries were available, it was just shampoo and body wash. So we used body wash as the hand soap. I didn't want to buy a whole thing of hand soap for the few days we were going to be staying. And when I asked the host about it they just told me they don't provide the hand soap, kind of odd especially if you're already giving away shampoos why not just add the hand soap? Other than that everything was fine.

Everything was a 15 minute walk. Very friendly staff and the apartment was as shown on pictures.

No dryer only washer.

The hosts were very accommodating, replying almost instantly sometimes, they were really helpfull. The place is bigger than usual for this price.

Like some others have said - only one cooking pot. Also it was a bit cold, because only two out of three radiators were working.

Plenty of room, very clean and handy to have a washing machine when you are travelling for awhile. Even come across a tortoise in the backyard 😳
