Back from Milan to the hotel. We faced a local train operation problem just 1 station away from the hotel but the distance is almost 9 km. We called for help from the hotel to provide a taxi to pick us up but I'm not sure what the problem is. They couldn't help us on this. So we've to find the way on our own. Thanks for UBER in this matter

The staff were very kind and supportive. We've asked them to book us a transfer service (55 EUR for a van to accommodate 4 people and 4 luggage) and a local taxi (35 EUR for 3 people) between the airport and the hotel. They upgraded 1 room for us to a 3-bedroom and provided a bottle of water for each of us, free of charge. The breakfast was great in taste and variety.

Shower a bit small but workable.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Very close to the train station. They allowed us to drop luggage in morning, then we took train to Lugano for day trip. Easy train access to MXP airport in the morning. Room had working A/C, helped on hot afternoon. Easy walk to restaurants. Nice breakfast.

Very cozy room, it's hard for me to sleep well at the new place on the first night, but here was surprisingly good. Hotel in the good spot, lot of restaurants nearby also the train station. Highly recommend.

The hotel is right across the road from the regional train station at Gallarate and a 35 minute train trip to Milan Porto Giribaldi. The property was bright, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful providing recommendations for restaurants and other town facilities.

The staff was verry nice, verry helpful with all our requests. The breakfast was over our expectations. The location is 1 min away from railway station and 5 min away from the city center. Elevator in the building, verry clean rooms, comfortable beds. We will stay again here for sure!

Staff were super friendly, happy to even arrange an early hot breakfast. Location very close to FS railway station. All in all a great option for a stay in or around the Milan area.

There were groups of young men around some vacant buildings near the hotel, so it felt difficult to walk to restaurants in the early dark winter days.

A full breakfast buffet was ready 1 1/2 hour early in order for us to get to the airport by 6:00 AM. The staff is available 24 hours a day at the front desk and they called for a taxi. It was easily walkable from the train station and to the city center.

There was no opportunity for self service of hot drinks at breakfast and consequently I missed out on that. Apparently they were made to order but I wasn't aware of that.

Good hotel very close to the main railway station. Bed was comfortable for me. Good buffet breakfast which whilst normally starting at 07:00 was offered at 06:15 due to my needing to be on a train that departed at 06:52.

A great breakfast, with everything you need to start your day, starting from an excellent coffee, food, and sweets/pasteries. The location is great, as it is a 5 minutes walk from the train station(even less). And the best part is the generous and lovely staff that is there to server and assist you happily 24/7! The rooms are super clean, impeccable.

The location was perfect. The room was clean , with a comfortable bed and pillows ! Short walk to a beautiful Piazza and stunning churches ! Short train ride to Milan Central ! The room was tiny and the view was not so impressive.

A charming and cosy place with nice personnel. The room was very clean and the breakfast excellent. It was next to the railway station and not far from the centre.
