We loved everything about hotel Sant’andrea. The staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfasts were delicious and served out in a cute courtyard. The room was spacious, clean and very quaint. Felt like an Italian princess. Would recommend this hotel

I loved the hotel but there was no lift, not really a problem to be honest.

What a gem of a hotel. Tucked away on a quiet road but a short walk from restaurants, shops and beaches. But most of all the staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast served in the garden was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were beautifully clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and go back.

Impeccable staff and service! In a great location - taxis in the Liguria area are expensive which we were already aware of so the proximity to the piazza for restaurants and the port to catch the ferry was great. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again when we come back.

There was a bright light that came on outside the window that was very bright in our room. We tried to block the light by closing the shutters. There was a lot of noise early in the morning that woke us up several times.

The staff was pleasant, helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast was substantial and there was a nice variety of fruit, croissants along with hot choices. The location was perfect, an easy walk to everything and quiet in the evening. I loved the room with the balcony. My only suggestion would be to add some hooks in the bathroom and a shelf would be nice. There is nowhere to hang a towel or a piece of clothing or a spot to place a toiletry bag. A minor inconvenience but, it would mean a lot less juggling and would be nice.

The lady at the reception acted a little strangely and told me that I shouldn't tell restaurants it was my gfs birthday. That the restaurants wouldn't care.. and that this isn't what people do in Italy. Almost like I had offended her by even asking about it. Well this wasn't true as we later went to the restaurant she had booked us and recommended. They sung happy birthday for 2 people whilst we were there and bought out a candle - very weird as she bought me out a bottle of Prosecco at the hotel, but told me not to ask about it in the future😂 We were not so keen on the room as it was next to reception and we could hear people at the front desk. It was also quite small. Not so bad to ask for something else but I think you expect a little more for £180 a night

Breakfast was excellent. The smoked salmon a bonus. The people were nice and gave us a bottle of Prosecco for my gfs birthday. We really liked the private garden area that our room had, the bed was clean and the shower worked well
