The place is located in the hillside, which gives its value, but the roads outside the city to get there are in very bad condition, there are some quite big and deep potholes, you have to watch out. We used our own car, which is an average Toyota auris, but its bottom was hit at the gate, when we entered or left the place, so we had to be super cautious every time. The toilette seating was a bit worn out, the lamp was blinking in the bathroom and the Wi-Fi had an extender, but it wasn't installed properly, so the signal was super strong, but we couldn't access the internet (connected, no internet). These were only minor inconveniences, which we experienced mainly in the evenings, but we had such great sleeps, awesome breakfast, and outstandingly nice attitude from Laura, that every morning when she asked how our night was and whether everything was okay with the room, I felt so well, I always forgotten to mention these, otherwise I'm sure she would have solved these.

The place is great and cozy, it is located in a beautiful hillside, our host Laura was awesome, she is the best: nice, caring and also flexible. The breakfast is great and inclusive, we are also offered to have Italian coffee, scrambled or fried eggs freshly made by Laura, the room is comfortable and well equipped. Our stay was outstanding value for price.

Authentic Tuscan house surrounded by olive trees and nature. Very peaceful with beautiful views. Everything about this place in gorgeous as well as our hostess Laura. Words are not enough, one simply must experience it. Feels far away from the bustling city streets and yet it is very close to the city of Pistoa and motorways that take you all around Tuscany.

Laura is a really nice and kind person. We really enjoyed our stay there. Nice room and nice breakfast The place is located in the countryside in Tuscany and the view is stunning. If you want to travel to Firenze, you can take a direct train in Pistoia which is around 10 minutes by car from the B&B. The way to go to Firenze is about 40 minutes (10e per person to go and return). Don’t drive to Firenze by car, it will take too much time because there is lots of traffic.

We had such a great stay. Laura is the best! Everything was super clean, very well maintained and super well organised by Laura. Breakfast was like in 5* hotel. Such an attention to all details. The garden is very nice and there is a Jacuzzi. Wish we could stay longer and definitely would love to come back.

Beautiful countryside, lovely house and amazing owner who is really nice and provides everything you need. Breakfast was really nice as well. We would definitely love to stay here again. The location is also nice because you can drive around Tuscany and everything is up to 2 hours drive.

Laura, the host was amazing! She made sure everything was to our hearts content and gave us plenty of sightseeing tips. The place is nice and quiet and sits atop of a hill that offers an amazing view of Pistoia, which you can enjoy from a relaxing hottub as well!

Everything is very tidy and clean. We love the decoration inside the whole house, Tuscan style. It was very cozy and felt like home. Setting around the house is amazing, with olive trees and lavender all around. We enjoyed the jacuzzi every day. The property is on the top of the hill so the view is very nice. Self-service breakfasts were delicious. The host and her husband were extremely sweet and helpful.:) Thank you for having us!

Magical stay in the middle of nowhere but still close to restaurants, shops and everything you’ll need. Maria Laura, the owner of the accomodation, is a perfect host that will assure that you have everything you’ll need and want. We had a problem with air conditioning and the problém was fixed within 30 minutes without any sign of hesitation. Whole house is super clean with multiple possibilities to sit outside and chill. If we ever decide to come back to this area we’re staying in Olivia B&B Apartments for sure.

The room and bathroom especially was not perfectly clean, the shower head was not working well, breakfast was good, but the ham, cheese and bread were really the worst you can get in Tuscany. It is just a small things, but not hard to improve them and then it would be a place for 10/10

Location is perfect, but you must have a car and the last part of the road (50m) is bumpy. View is stunning, house is surrounded with olive trees, sherred space to sit and relax is inside (with fridge and PC) as well as outside. The owner is very nice.
