Communication, clean, location

This is a small and very well run guest house in the centre of Palermo. It is quiet and well maintained. The host was very accommodating even going so far as to get fresh, gluten free, pastries for my daughter's breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again.

Host was very helpful and friendly

Super friendly host and the property was really well located. Marco waited for me to check i despite flight delays. The room was exactly what I expected and the breakfast was delicious.

Marco was an excellent and accommodating host. He provided valuable recommendations for exploring Palermo and making the most of our visit. Despite our late arrival, his clear and prompt self check-in instructions made the process smooth. The location is ideal situated on a peaceful street just steps away from the vibrant energy of the city.

The room was very clean and its location was excellent, very close to the city centre. Marco is an incredible host helping out with anything required. It is highly recommended.

If you wanna feel safe and be close to the city centre, this is the place to book! It was clean, the breakfast was delicious with sweet and salty options, our room was cleaned every day and towels replaced regularly and the host was welcoming. We also got new water bottles every day in our mini fridge so that was great. We also got to leave our luggage at the reception the day of our check out cuz we had a late night flight and wanted to explore the city for one more day, and came back at 7pm the same day to pick them up.

Marco is a nice person and helpful. Location is great. Car park is within 5 minutes walk from the Hotel.

Google Map location is wrong (but it is Google's problem). Hotel is inside the pedestrian zone (i.e. you cannot unload your luggage in front of the Hotel) and we need to spend some time to figure out the exact location from the address.

The hotel is very well located, close to all the main tourist attractions. Marco was incredibly kind and attentive. I had mentioned that I needed to leave early in the morning and also asked if there were any gluten free options for breakfast - he truly went above and beyond. He prepared a sandwich with gluten-free bread and left it in the fridge for my early breakfast, along with some delicious cookies. You could tell everything was made with genuine care and generosity. He was also very friendly and clearly enjoyed making guests feel at home. The place was very comfortable and quiet at night, which made for a great rest. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and for anyone who’s coeliac, there’s a restaurant few steps away that serves gluten free pasta and pizza. A lovely experience — I’d definitely come back!

Marco is a fantastic host, very kind and welcoming, the room is comfortable and the location is close to the center, monuments and bus to the airport. The breakfast is a tasty buffet. Everything was good, next time we will go back to Marco's place for sure.

Great host, amazing location and the property very clean.

The best part of the experience was the host. Marco is an amazing, kind, warm and open individual that made us feel safe and welcome. I would definetly recommend this place.

It doesn't have to do with Marcos place but Italy's breakfast culture is very different from ours. They emphasize sweets while we eat protein and fat so I would hve preffered more of those options. But as I say we encountered this in every Italian acommodation.

Excellent central quiet location, BnB very clean with everything we needed. Marco was amazing and so helpful with recommendations. Bus times , Helping us organise our return to the airport. The breakfast was lovely very well organised and Theresa was a lovely in making sure we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. We chose the absolute best B and B in Palermo and definitely recommend it. Marco very helpful with recommendations

Great location, 10 minute walk to main area. Multiple cafes right outside the door, which made a great stop for a drink or gelato before heading inside hotel.

Showers were a tad small but then again you are in Europe , can’t really expect more . Pillows a bit flat but no biggy , just fold it Keep in mind this is a BnB, no reception at night , you are given 3 keys, one to get in the main building , one for the apartment (Opera) and one for your bedroom It’s a 7 bedroom apartment unit We occupied 5 .

Location is great in the more modern part of Palermo and there is a lot of restaurant and shops around. It was very easy to find. There was a lift to access the floor and the room was just big enough for us two for one night. We checked in quite late in the day as our plane landed in late evening. It was fine to check in anyways, which was really helpful from the staff. We gained access to the flat via phone conversation and found our keys on the door. There wasn't any staff to greet us, but it wasn't needed and would have been excessive as we arrive near midnight.

Noise travels, it was fairly noisy. The street was noisy in the morning and woke us up: loud engines, horn, shouting and overall Italian street type of noise... The fridge in the room was super loud, like the compressor was ready to die, that we had to unplug it during the night. The walls are quite thin too, that we could hear other guests around.

Excellent position in Palermo, nice and friendly street. Host mr. Marco is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious. Breakfast good. Tutto bene!

The owner prepared a packed lunch as we needed to leave early.
