Our stay at Hotel Opera was excellent. The room was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond when we had an issue with our car, even assisting us in calling a car repair service to get it sorted out. This level of service truly made a difference. ​Parking was a breeze, which is a huge plus in this area. We were able to use the secure, enclosed parking directly in front of the hotel, which gave us peace of mind. ​While the street in front of the hotel can be a bit noisy, our room was located at the back of the building, and we couldn't hear any of the street noise. This made for a very peaceful and restful night's sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run place to stay

The bathroom is a bit dated. A thicker blanket would also be good.

Close to the airport and train station, friendly and helpful contact. The room was perfect for a night before an early flight. Good room sizes and have all necessary facilities.

The street in front of the hotel is quite noisy. Be sure NOT to ask them for a shuttle to the airport. It’ll cost you €40 for a 3 minute drive!!

Except the restaurant next door there is nothing to do.

We stayed just for one night because we would departe early in the morning. The airport is just one kilometer away. We had dinner in the restaurant of the nabour: Paolo. The hotel is just renovated. New rooms, very good shower. Perfect for one night. Good parking. They explained us everything very good.

Breakfast was a little lean. Would have liked a buffet style with a bit more selection available and more of a self serve coffee/tea availability. Staff was excellent and extremely friendly and I do understand the limitations with a smaller hotel but felt breakfast was a disappointment.

The entrance gate to the car park was a little tight, and difficult to spot when driving past. Plenty of room inside though, for my big people carrier.

A lovely comfortable bed, good shower, good air conditioning, very clean, lovely helpful staff. Secure parking area, which you could access after dark with your own remote control. This is a perfect place to stay to visit Verona. I came for the opera festival at the Arena, where I parked easily at the underground Cittadella car park. The performance finished in the early hours of the morning, and the kind receptionist showed me how to get back into the car park and hotel at 2.30 am.

Pillows were quite hard for my liking.

Bedroom was clean, quiet and shower was great. Location is close to the aiport but cannot walk due to no footpath. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Great attendance by the staff; I was able to check in later than expected but there was no issue! Beautiful room, small but great for the value and also incredibly clean. Would recommend to anyone flying late to Verona and needing somewhere to stay the night.

I requested a second blanket for my room since there was only a sheet. I was declined and told to turn off the AC in the room instead. The room became so hot in the night I had to turn the AC on, and then I became too cold without a blanket

We did not know or weren't paying attention if it was explained to us - the room key has to stay in the slot by the door when you are in your room or the lights do not stay on and the staff thinks that you are not there. We've never encountered this before.

Because we had to be at the airport super early, they packed a "breakfast" to go for us! Anna, the hotel manager was super helpful when we got there and told us the bus stops to get down town and also set up a taxi to the airport for us in the morning!

I expected better bed compair to the price paid. however not too bad. breakfast is strictly italian. no eggs no vegetables.
