Struggled a little with plug points on the one side of the bed - just a minor inconvenience.

Amazing location and clean. We were there in a heat wave and would recommend closing the curtain between rooms to keep the cool air from the air con in the bedroom. Communication with the host was proactive and responsive.

I stayed for a month here and loved my stay! The apartment is right in the heart of the historic town on a great street close to small local shops, lots of restaurants and close walk to the piazza grande. Carlo is very helpful and responsive with clear instructions and recommendations. The apartment is very comfortable, clean & stylish. I'll definitely be back, grazie! 🌻

The location was great and in the centre of Montepulciano, however it was also very quiet. There were lovely restaurants and places to eat and drink at our door step. The place was very clean, spacious and had a great bathroom.

The area to park was a little far from the room and we got lost but once we arrived it was perfect! Need to avoid the ZTR roads. If your driving-use WAZE and you can avoid the restricted driving zones. If you get dropped off my a driver this won’t be a problem.

Loved the location and the charming village! Close to delicious restaurants and shops and beautiful views and historical buildings and churches.

There were limited supplies, a knife / scissors / wine glasses would be very handy.

Really well done, the recent renovation made this apartment feel cosy and clean but still kept its character. The lighting around the stairs was beautiful. Good long mirror, iron available and good sized bathroom with plenty of room.

I liked everything. If I could re-arrange my 10 days roadtrip in Italy I could easily stay all the days in Opio60 in Montepulciano. Perfect location, Free Parking 1 minute from the apartment (Parcchegio 7), quite streets, value for money stay... I really want to express how perfect was this place but maybe I could look kind of "over-reaction". Believe me I'm not. I am truly considering coming back to Montepulciano in just because of how perfect Opio60 was. Also the host gave really nice tips about what should we do and we did them all (visit San Quirico, Penzia...) Grazie mille!

A challenging walk for those with luggage, as the apartment is located at the far end of the historic center. Limited access to supermarkets in the historic center - the closest one is a 20-minute walk from the apartments. The bed is slightly uncomfortable due to sagging.

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for those who enjoy cooking or want to prepare their meals during their stay. The bathroom and shower facilities are great. Bed sheets and bathroom equipment are superclean.
