Water pressure in shower wasn’t great and took a second to figure out which I didn’t think I would ever say. Also right outside rooms is reception and main entrance so you can hear when people arrive and speak in that area. Neither of these are dealbreakers and really enjoyed our stay.

Stay was great. Staff were very hospitable and enthusiastic. We had a big storm during our stay which caused power outages but staff were quick to give us keys so we could still access the property. We booked day of and were straight in no issue.

Nothing that we didn't like about our stay at Ora Acanfora. This is an observation rather than a criticism and certainly didn't affect our stay but just to make people aware that the bathroom is situated within the main bedroom (apartment 105), and although amazingly stylish in its design, it's not so practical when using the bathroom during the night as the light is bright and the shower area is visible (frosted glass) from the bedroom. As I said, this didn't affect our stay, and had my husband not needed to use the bathroom during the night, we'd be none the wiser.

It was so welcoming to receive a text message from Paola (Manager) prior to our travels to Rome. It helped us to feel at ease with what to expect when we arrived. Ora Acanfora Suites are situated in an excellent location within a short walking distance of Piazza di Spagna, the Spanish Steps, and Spagna Metro station. The street is quiet, and despite our visit taking place during one of the busiest weeks Rome has ever known (Youth Pilgrimage 2025), we didn't hear a thing from inside the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. We had a double bed which was big enough to accommodate two adults and a four year old in the middle. Our eldest slept on a sofa bed in the lounge area. There were water bottles, and sweet treats waiting in the room for us, which was a lovely touch, along with custom flip flops. There are Express supermarkets within easy reach of the apartments along with some amazing restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The Pantheon is approximately 13/14 minutes walk away, as is the Trevi Fountain. The Colosseum is a 30/35 minute walk, or you can take the metro, which is slightly less travel time. Villa Borghese park isn't too far away if you head up there via the Spanish Steps. There are numerous excellent gelato stores, and takeaway pizzerias including the famous Venchi chocolate and gelato store, and Pompi tiramisu. All of this is within a minute or two of Ora Acanfora. When we arrived at Ora Acanfora Suites, we were met by Leonardo who was super friendly and helpful. A wonderful first greeting. Leonardo explained how everything within the apartment worked and how to comfortably amend the temperature/air conditioning within each room. He also explained how to enter/exit the property with ease. Day two of our stay and we met Paola - what a super helpful person she is. Paola sent a list of recommendations for places to eat and how to access places including the best mode of travel with a 4-year old.

I wish there was a curtain or barn door for bathroom privacy. We were with our 2 teens & showering was tricky. Also, I wish there was more floor space to put the 3 other large suitcases. Lastly, the automatic light for the toilet room woke others up during the night.

I liked tons of things: the bed comfort, decor, the shower(!), fluffy towels, the largeness of all the parts of the bathroom, the 1 great elevated spot to put a suitcase, hotel location, & more. Friendly staff too!

The location is excellent!! Right in the middle of the city center, next to the Spanish Steps and all major attractions, not to mention the shops. The bed was really comfy, exactly what needed after a long day walking. Paola and Lorenzo really helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!! We will definitely stay there again!

Nothing to complain about this place

I had a great experience at Ora Acanfora, the location is just great and it allows you to reach almost all the historical sites even by walking if you want. The room was quite spacious, everything was brand new, very clean and the bed was supper comfortable. the cherry on the top was the hostess, Paola, with her positive energy and always ready to help with everything. I would definitively be coming back!

The automatic lights for the bathroom. I get it, but they don’t need to be max velocity lift off into space bright. It’s a wonderful 5 bed place. But if you want to bang during the day, be aware that someone is perpetually right outside your room.
