What did we like? Everything! Such an amazing find. Annarita our host was incredible. She met us when we arrived off our train early and checked us in. She was then on hand if we had any questions, helping us with the best way to get to the airport and giving us advice on where to eat. The room was in a wonderful building and was spacious, very clean and with a coffee machine and lots of little touches. Prati is a really safe area and nice and quiet compared to some of the busier areas. At night you couldn't hear a sound from outside in the room. The beds were really comfortable.

Sound insulation: there was some noise from opening and closing doors when other guests were leaving or arriving. This is normal in this kind of structure, so we were prepared and it did not really bother us.

Excellent location, close to the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, public transportation and more than enough nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Communication with Annarita went smooth, she gave us very clear instructions for the self check-in due to our late arrival and gave us some options for transfer from and to the airport. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had all necessary amenities.

The provision of a voucher for a nearby coffee shop which only entitled us to a coffee, a glass of tap water, and a croissant fell short of expectations. On multiple occasions, the availability of croissants was inconsistent, and alternatives did not meet the mark, undermining the value of this inclusion. Especially for guests like myself, who prioritize a substantial breakfast to start the day, this arrangement was far from satisfactory and felt like a cost-cutting measure rather than a genuine amenity. Expectations vs. Reality of "Italian Breakfast": While the host might argue that the breakfast provided is a standard "Italian breakfast," this justification falls flat for the majority of guests who are international tourists with different breakfast standards and expectations. The minimalistic offering does not align with what is typically advertised as "breakfast included" in other accommodations, making it a disappointing aspect for those accustomed to a more substantial morning meal. Comparative Experience: Reflecting on a previous stay near Lake Garda, where the breakfast was both abundant and delightful, and the host equally friendly if not more so, highlights the stark contrast in what constitutes a "breakfast included" offering. The experience in Rome, by comparison, lacked the substance and quality that can truly enhance a guest's stay and fuel their explorations. Internet Connectivity: A significant inconvenience was the unreliable internet service, with two nights of no connectivity. In today's digital age, consistent access to the internet is almost a basic necessity, especially for international travelers who rely on it for communication, planning, and entertainment.

Location: The apartment’s location is unbeatable, situated just a 5-minute walk from the majestic Vatican City. For anyone looking to explore the historical and cultural heart of Rome, this proximity offers an unparalleled convenience and a truly immersive experience. Cleanliness and Comfort: The place was cozy, clean, and of a decent size, providing a comfortable haven to return to after a long day of sightseeing. The emphasis on cleanliness added a layer of comfort to our stay, making it feel like a well-cared-for space. Host: Our host was exceptionally kind and communicative, albeit through WhatsApp texts. The lack of personal interaction did not detract from their willingness to assist and ensure a pleasant stay for us, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction.

Super location, you can literally walk to the most of famous attractions (Vatican is 15 mins walk away). A lot of places to eat around. Host was very helpful and friendly. Room is good size and very clean.

I could 100 % recommended Orazio inn suite. Apartment is very nice, clean and well equiped. It is situated in strategic area, very near to the centre and all places of interest. Annarita is the best host you can imagine. She is vety helpfull and nice.. I am sure we will come back in the future.

One thing I didn't like was the breakfast. It is just croissant and coffee, that is it! Is all you Italians eat one croissant for breakfast? :)

The room was clean. The location was good, 10 min by walk to A metro line and 15-20 min walk to Vatikan city and the river. The owner was helpful and explained the location and how to get to the place on whatsapp. We had a misunderstanding between us due to another guest and she explained and solved it.

Everything was perfect! Miss Annarita was really kind and willing to help us with everything, not only our stay in Orazio Inn Suite, but also with our visit in Rome. The room and the toilet were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The camara was spacious and there was space enough to place your luggage comfortably. This room is highly recommended for your visit in Rome!

The apartment contains 3 suits with the same entrence. Every room has separate keys and bathroom within suit.

The host was very nice and responsive. Everything was clean with the possibility of room cleaning when needed. Apartment is located in quite area but near bus stops and 8 min walk to Vatican city. Breakfast is in café nearby (2 min) with nice croasant and coffee.
