Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is in Andria so not much around the place should you choose to stay except the in premises bar and store
Very clean and large rooms quite modern in deed and comfortable beautiful modern bathrooms and in room facilities. Excellent vale for money should you wish to stay in this location.

There could be a slight bigger variety in breakfast options but the coffee is delicious :-)
Excellent choice for anyone who needs a night stop-over while travelling to North Italy! Clean and spatious rooms, very polite staff! Parking available literally in front of your door/room which is super convenient if you come driving with a car and have heavy luggage since the whole unit is based on the ground floor. Breakfast is served in the bar which is just opposite the hotel! The coffee is delicious!!

Perfect - praise! The hotel is in touch with you before arrival. The plane was delayed and they still checked in with us via WhatsApp and gave instructions for late arrival at night. The rooms are clean, modern, spacious. The bathroom is great, everything is clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is great, the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Next time I would easily stay here for a week and use the hotel as a base for day trips around the area. The parking lot is always free - you park in front of your room.

Breakfast isn’t great, nothing wrong but nothing hot . This morning no bowls for the cereal, no milk for the cereal, orange juice ran out and whilst there was only two couples there, it felt as though we were almost in the way this morning!
The staff are very helpful, we always seem to arrive very late at night , it’s never too much trouble, very convenient location for the major routes between Bari & Ancona, modern, clean and exactly what you need for a good nights sleep en route to your final destination.

They may as well not offer a free breakfast option, as it really was that bad. Better to let customers buy from the cafe for themselves.
Great modern and well priced motoring hotel right near the highway. Can’t fault the rooms and the convenience of parking right outside.

The extremely helpfull staff. We had an issue with our car rental and they went overboard trying to find a solution.They also called every car rental cie in all the area because we don t speak italian. The owner even offered to drive us himself to the next town. Wonderfull people.

Nothing really. Maybe the small strip of stones that you have to go over to get to the rooms. With a wheelchair that's not easy. Maybe consider adding some strips of solid concrete occasionally as 'bridges' for wheelchair users (or others with ambulatory issues).
A great stylish motel, with a restaurant attached. Kind of like an American roadside motel, but much better. A perfect place to stop when on the road.

Although the staff were very friendly and helpful at breakfast, I think they could offer a bigger variety- the cappuccino was by far the best I have had for a long time
The closeness to the motorway exit, the rooms were modern and impeccably clean and brand new. The added bonus was the excellent restaurant that was part of the hotel

It was absolutely awesome experience. I've truly expected less comfys, but the rooms are new, well (great) furnished, gustissimo ristorante (italian breakfast, delicious tramezzini (especially with salame piccante), great pasta and nice diner. Highly recommend. We were travelling from Bari to Rome, just after the ferry, 50 km from ferry post, great place to relax. Thank you!

Location could have been more attractive but we were looking for a convenient overnight stop on a long journey and this was perfect.
Everything was new. The room was simple but well fitted out. The combination of bar, restaurant , petrol station made it an ideal overnight stop on a long journey.
