Very comfortable room with a beautiful view. Great breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Staff is very friendly. Grato spa is really nice.

The parking lot could be more organized, as there are no lines and people just park at any angle.

We have stayed here often so we hoped to get a different room but we got the same one it’s nice but once before we got a room with a balcony for the same price that was nice.

Bathroom could do with a spray of black mold remover . Other than that it was fantastic.

Its an amazing hotel for a nice litte getaway the views where amazing. staff are super friendly.

while sitting on our balcony you cant see the views due to the wall being high. which is a shame but you can see the view by standing on the bench. not the end of the world but would have been amazing to be able to sit at the table to see it because the view is spectacular. there was a wasp nest forming in the balcony.

Room is a bit small, but it makes up with good size bathroom.

The location in the centre of the beautiful mountain village is great. The staff is very friendly and courteous. A good breakfast for Italy. In addition to typical sweet dishes (delicious cakes, various croissants and pastries), it also includes ice cream, yoghurt, fruit, bread and cold cuts.

The atmosphere in the hotel (with the exception of reception) is dark and oppressive. Heavy, dark furniture in the room with little natural light. Likewise the beautiful breakfast room. Very romantic at the Bend for dinner in its grotto-like layout. In the morning, almost without daylight, it looks gloomy. The bike cellar is a storage room accessible through the outside area of the restaurant and an employee has to unlock it. A little inconvenient for a self-proclaimed bike hotel.

The hotel has a great view and it is super clean. We loved the open buffet breakfast with lots of variety, it was super tasty.

Situated on a hill in medieval surroundings, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the beautiful countryside. The village is cosy and secluded right next to the small castle and only a few minutes' drive to the gates of historic castle town of San Marino. The location is ideal as a starting point to explore the area. The hotel is very inviting, Italian old building charm, renovated. Secure parking spaces are available outside behind the hotel. Nice clean rooms, small but adequate. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The small spa (separately to order) is a grotto with stone walls and wood, perfect for relaxing after a long journey. The breakfast is plentiful and beautifully presented. The in-house restaurant Al Mastin Vecchio is in a beautifully decorated authentic wine cellar, good cuisine with competent service. Great ambience for a romantic dinner.

The room was noisy. Noise from the village outside as well as from the hotel inside. Sleeping with the window open is difficult. The fan in the bathroom is definitely too loud and should be replaced. The menu card is imaginatively written, a bit confusing. Could be more concise and beautifully designed. Drinking water dispenser in the spa is not appealing. Instead of plastic and cardboard cups, glasses could simply be provided. The bubble functions did not work properly. Sauna was set a little too hot. Regular checks should be carried out. Nevertheless, the spa is a relaxing experience!
