The only thing I would criticize is the AC. We didn't have anything in the room to regulate the temperature. The window was open the whole time so it wasn't completely suffocating in there. Would've still been nice to have a bit of a cooler room. But we slept really well nonetheless, so it's no drama.

We had the twin room and we were quite satisfied. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious enough. We liked the separate bathroom and the comfort that came with it. Also the breakfast was good. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

short walk to the old city and not that far from the main train and bus station. breakfast was simple but welcome rooms were spartan buc clean. the first night was in a twin with separate shower room. the shower room was well appointed and the shower strong and hot! The second night was in a double with en suite and was roomier with better cupboards. Only one small reading light, would have welcomed a bit more (rather than the powerful ceiling lights.) And the youg chap who worked all hours was really friendly and helpful.

For the price I really can't fault it. The room is small but we wanted to be out all day and somewhere secure to sleep which it provided well.

If you understand this is a budget place to spend night then you will see all those minor disadvantages like small rooms with little windows as justified by the price you pay. As the hostel is located in the town centre, no free parking is available. All above is not a criticism, but a piece of advice to those who may have way higher expectations.

The breakfast was tasty and the place has provided quite wide range of options especially taking into consideration this is a budget hostel rather than a hotel with a restaurant!

The mattress would often sink in the middle, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. The bathrooms were shaded, however they were allocated by room, it was annoying to be told I couldn't use a bathroom until my roommate had finished despite there being 3 empty bathrooms next to it.

Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, worked hard to create a community vibe. Rooms were very clean. Location was ideal, only a short walk to the train station and the main streets.

At 1 min walking distance from Thiene palace. Nice staff at the reception. Clean room with very comfortable pillow, Very good internet speed. Perfect heating (from radiator, not from air conditioner). Normal breakfast.

only one bathroom per dorm room, which can be tricky with a full occupancy. After check-out I asked the reception staff to call a taxi for me and the response was "i don't know how to do that" which felt kind of out of place. But hey, no hard feelings, I managed to call a taxi myself :-)

The hostel is centrally located a short walking distance pretty much everywhere. The bed was comfy. Overall a good stay.

The room had several large windows facing the river, however there was no insect screen and they were wired shut so the room was hot, stuffy, humid and thick with the smell of human bodies, state cigarettes, and alcohol.

The breakfast buffet was decent; cereal , muesli, UHT shelf stable milk, fresh ground coffee, tea, toast, pastries , jam,butter, cold cuts and cheese. The location was excellent, right in the middle of town, a short walk from the train station, with the river at our backs.

The place is lovely and fits my needs when I was in Vicenza. It's simple but clean and the location is awesome. Very close to the Olympia Theatre, restaurants and museums, you will be exactly where you should be. The breakfast is pretty simple and it's better to find another place to have it, there are lots of great cafes nearby. For me and my family it's not a problem but as it's a hostel you must expect to find students and on a budget travelers ( we stayed in a private room with a bathroom)

Ac didn’t work, had to use only one bathroom outside for your room that was designated for room with a lock. Only one ladder for higher bunks. No mirror or rubbish bins. Cleaners didn’t clear away rubbish in room.
