Everything was fantastic cosy clean rooms and a lovely breakfast the host was very accommodating and made our stay so comfortable. Good location close walk to the piazza and restaurants.

Had a great night here.Communication from Andrea was fantastic.A lovely apartment,even better than the pictures.Just finished breakfast was so good.Walked 50 metres last night to a great restaurant.It is a short walk to both ferry and railway station which was a bonus for us.Rarely leave reviews and do a lot of travelling but loved it here

Great property very secure & extremely clean , very comfortable bed & pillows . Very close 5minute walk to the port & many wonderful restaurants in the area . The fridge came filled with complimentary water & there were a variety of brioches , croissants & pastries to welcome us on arrival . Although we did not meet our host Andrea he went above & beyond to organise a transfer at the last minute for us from Rome airport . He did not give ip until he found a driver for is which we were extremely grateful for . He was kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were ok & happy with everything . He also gave us step by step introductions on how to self check-in which was super easy . Breakfast was also very good & lactose free milk was provided on my request .We highly rate & recommend Ottanta5 Private Rooms !

We absolutely loved our stay at Ottanta5! The apartment was modern, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped — perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Its central location made it easy to explore Messina on foot, with shops, cafes, and the waterfront all just minutes away. The highlight was the attention to detail and the stylish design — everything felt thoughtfully put together. Communication with the host was seamless and welcoming. Nothing much at all :) a fabulous experience Could do with a bit more storage in bedroom area. Bathroom again nowhere to put wash-bag or shampoo etc A few shelf’s would be great.

Property was a 10 min walk with a 20 kg case from train station. Great location - flat. No hills, Roomy. High ceilings - very spacious despite three adults in the junior suite. Bathroom lovely and spacious too with double sink. Walk in shower. A/c fab. Powerful. Plenty of plug sockets. Breakfast. So much choice - pastries / cake / sandwiches / yoghurt / fruit / juice / tea / coffee. 👌 serviced extremely well, attentive and helpful.

Stylish, large and comfortable room with beautiful vaulted ceilings. Very conveniently located to the port or train station making arrival or departure much easier with lots of luggage. The Magistro bus stop is also close. The magnificent Messina Duomo is only walking distance away too. Walkable to the Centro Storico attractions. Very good communication and recommendations from Andrea the host who was lovely. He gave excellent instructions with images included as to location and how to self check in. Generous Italian style breakfast served in a lovely salon with loads more selections than usual. Sweet and savoury options provided. Joel was very friendly and helpful. Grazie! Great value! We recommend and would return.

Could do with a drying rack for wet clothes and more chairs. There just wasn’t anywhere to store anything, if you were there more than a few nights you’d struggle.

A really lovely little property on a quiet street in a convenient location. The bedrooms were really lovely, comfy beds and great aircon. Bathroom was huge and really nice, 2 sinks is a great touch for 4 people. Very clean and lovely little breakfast area. Only 3 rooms so hosts really look after you.

Kinda misses a corner to have a table or some out of the rooms but we were fully aware of the renting and it wasn’t an issue at all.

Easy to find, close by foot from the ferry’s but also easy to join the bus station for the airport direct bus. Nearby touristic attractions and a few restaurants. 2 bis sleeping rooms with AC and a huge bathroom all very good.
