The doors make some noise but it's normal due to the age of the facilities. Nevertheless, I would get back any time. Totally recommendable place.

If you want to experience true warmth, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality, this is the place to stay. Everything here is created with so much love and care — from the smallest details in the interior to the genuine attention of the hosts. A very special thank you to Lucia for her incredible help — she kindly picked us up from the station and brought us back, which was such a blessing as we didn’t have a car and it turned out taxis in Montepulciano are quite hard to find. We stayed for only a couple of days, but it felt like we were welcomed as old friends. The coziness, cleanliness, breathtaking views, and the wonderful energy of this home made our stay truly unforgettable. When we left, we felt a little sadness in our hearts because we had grown so fond of this place and the amazing people who created it. We truly hope to return one day!

You might want to have a car as it’s a walk up a steep hill to the town.

Something we overlooked when booking this accomodation is that it doesn't have AC. There was a fan in the room which helped, but it still felt very hot during our stay which made it uncomfortable at times. Even though for the rest the level of cleanliness was great, I would suggest to replace the coffee mugs.

Very peaceful location, nice olive tree garden. It is set up in a basic but nice way, we enjoyed it. The garden was also a big plus, as it felt relaxing and private at the same time, at least for the room we were in. Good location, nice host.

Property description says fridge in room (it is one fridge shared by all guests) and you cannot use the cooker in the kitchen only the microwave. As all the bedroom doors open into the kitchen/breakfast room there is some noise early morning as breakfast is set up otherwise it is very quiet.

The house has three double rooms with bathroom and a dining area. Very near the city. But in a quiet area with a big garden. Breakfast included, with vegan and gluten free options. Room and bathroom working fine. Parking available for free.

It was all perfect!

Pacifico is within walking distance of Montepulciano making it easy to spend time enjoying Montepulciano without having to Park your car. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are amazing. The value can’t be bear!!

Breakfast is set out before the start time of 8 am so unless you arrive right at 8 and not at some point before the end time of 10 am the coffee and tea have gotten cold so make sure to arrive early.

Very pretty spot, very quiet for a good night's sleep with very comfortable bed, great value. Breakfast area is well organized and attractive, nice attention to detail.

Pacifico B&B, Montepulciano. Do contact Lucia, who runs the B&B, when you arrive at a parking lot near the turn off to her B&B. She will come up the hill and guide you to her location. She has 3 rooms in her cute guest house that’s in a lovely olive tree lined setting. The room and bed were very comfortable. The evening of our arrival Lucia took our order for coffee and breakfast. At breakfast we found semi-self catering sets of serving boxes with the names of our rooms, laid out with pastries and other breakfast items. Juice and other perishables were found in the fridge. It was really nice to find a karaf of coffee on our breakfast table! Thanks Lucia we loved our stay! Montepulciano in January is very quiet. It appears that the warmer months attract visitors who enjoy wine tasting, as none of those businesses were open, but seemed to thrive during the tourist season, due to the large number of them. I do love wine, and belong to a couple of wine clubs but, after stroll through Montepulciano’s the city center, we opted to head out to see Pienza’s outstanding architecture and views of the countryside.

A lovely, quiet location with a scenic overview of the countryside beyond and a few minutes drive from the old city. The host was very accommodating and the breakfast delicious. We enjoyed our stay immensely and recommend Pacifico highly.

The place is amazing, couldn't be better! 15min walking distance from the historic centre of Montepulciano, yet you feel as if you were on the countyside, with a beautiful overlook on the Tuscan hills. Free parking space, possibility to rent E-bikes for reasonable price. The place is super clean and cosy. Breakfast is amazing and diversified, the host asks you for your preferetions and possible allergies. You can buy the local wine and olive oil within the premises. Last but not least, the host is extremely friendly, always with a smile on her face. Absolutely wonderful!

The room gets quite hot during the summer months. It wasn't something that made us uncomfortable but maybe other couples that are more used to A/C could find this as something to improve.

Lucia's breakfast is exceptional. The B&B location and view of the valley is just stunning. Montepulciano is quite a magical place where the views and the food are probably the best in Italy.
