location and breakfast were good. It is located very close to the train station and the sea side.

The interior is somewhat dated, but overall still decent.

Close to beach and restaurants, quiet, excellent breakfast, large and nice bathroom.

We had a triple room and it was very small and worn, with torn wallpaper.

Exceptional staff, extremely clean and very friendly people. The Palace hotel feels like the glamour of seaside Italian from the 1970s (in a good way!). Beautiful original marble floors and art deco curves in the dining room. Delicious breakfast!

The hotel did not inform us that our room was set up for people with disabilities; thus, the toilet was higher than usual - you could not place your feet on the ground while seated ! - the shower wasn't an actual shower but a space in the bathroom with a floor drainage.

Given best room ever had after 7 visits. Looked newly decorated. Modern Restful with everything. Great improvement on shabby 60s decor have had before

Outside looks shabby as does dining room Had terrace but plants dead and uncared for. Could do with some outside seating. had more last year but areas has been rented out to another company. Now that dinner not available hotel is very dead late afternoon and evening Fruit juice at breakfast still terrible watered down, tastes horrible

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was nice

Our room was not very big, but for 1 or 2 nights that was not a problem!

As always did not disappoint me. Our stay was excellent in all aspects. Breakfast was excellent and delicious. The room was the same as last year when visiting Senigallia which I did appreciated nice, clean and welcoming. The staff very helpful and attentive. I look forward for our next year visit in early June. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Friendly staff. Excellent location! close to the beach and the train station and the old town.

The rooms that don’t have a balcony are really smal, good for max 3/4 nights. In my room the shower was very small and the shower curtain not exactly hygienic, the toilet was placed very high so extremely uncomfortable to use. The minibar (water) is 2e a bottle. Information about that is on a sticker placed inside a cabinet in a way it’s not possible to see it. Hope the place of the sticker is corrected.

Very clean and exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast.

All good. No tea or coffee making facilities but that's not unusual in Italy.

    position, breakfast, room and atmosphere

Been 2 times a year for 4 years as appreciate positives very much but staff unaware of my loyalty and paid little attention to me although fuss made of others. Felt very much this because not Italian although live in Italy and only spoke Italian at hotel.

Fantastic location for the beach (the hotel have access and can provide beds/umbrella at a cost of €18 per day) and a short walk into the old town. The train station is also very close by, so great transport links. Very helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast was buffet style. Fairly basic, but you get what you pay for. The hotel is great value for money.

Room was an odd shape. The hotel is circular, so seems that rooms are shaped like a trivial pursuit piece! This means that the shower in the bathroom in our room (twin) was tiny and had a shower curtain. Personally, I am not a fan of shower curtains as they just stick to you. Suggestion would to be to invest in a sliding glass door.
