Words can't express enough our gratitude. The staff and the owners made us feel like we are home. We will come back and recommend again and again to our friends the beautiful Palazzo Bonomi. If you're visiting Puglia, this is the best place to stay. When you step into Palazzo Bonomi you experience the Italian "Dolce Vita". Everything is stylish and beautiful.

We had a last minute late booking and the staff went above and beyond what was expected for our late booking. They went out of their way to help us with parking and making us feel comfortable. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. It was exceptional.

Everything about this stay was standout. It was by far the best customer service I’ve come across not only in Italy but for any hotel. The breakfast was fresh, personable, and unique. The beds were high end and comfortable and fantastic value overall. It’s extremely well managed and highly recommend this as a stay.

It is a family-run hotel with a magnificent view of the city centre, located near the harbour. The hotel has been recently refurbished with taste and architect-designed interiors, offering large, well-equipped, comfortable rooms. The staff is super friendly and helpful to the extent they go the extra mile to ensure a hassle-free stay. A perk is the seafood restaurant next door that offers excellent local food and provides excellent value for money. They are a clear example of how a small family business can succeed despite the odds of doing business in Europe and provide a memorable/local experience comparable to an international 5* luxury hotel chain.

Nothing, we loved everything!

Amazing hotel, modern and spotless. Beds are super comfortable and it has all amenities needed. Great location in the old town centre and walking distance to the port and beaches. The stuff is just incredible! Polite, always available and super helpful. They made us feel like royalties and we will be definitely be back next time we’re in Bisceglie. Absolutely fantastic!

Great location, right in the historical center. Near all the restaurants and shops, easy walking distance . Excellent staff, very helpful and courteous. And hotel was recently entirely remodeled and the accommodations were first class and very comfortable. Our room had a balcony with a wonderful view of the historical Castel. And an amazing breakfast was served with many fresh and local foods. Even cooked us eggs and bacon!!

Fabulous family run hôtel in a great area walking distance of port-Beach and delightful old town. But what makes this Palazzo really special are the people running it-Raffaela gave us some great tips on what to see in the area and on restaurants that only a local could do-we loved our stay here🙂 it was perfect. This Palezzo really has style--the renovation is beautiful with great design features. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel

Splendidly located hotel right opposite the Swabian Angevin castle. Large bedroom with castle view. Very kind and helpful staff. Free parking a few metres from the hotel entrance. Superb breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more!

The room and bathroom were outdated

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The staff asked what we wanted for breakfast and tried to fulfill our requirements. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were served a rich tray with fresh fruits. Drinking in the refrigerator in the room was served as a service of the hotel.
