Excellent Position in the middle of the village and the staff was very helpful with everything. This is a well preserved ancient building making a fine hotel. Parking was in easy walking distance.

ItalyDisappointed by bathroom facilities. Nearly impossible to take the shower, due to insufficient water pressure. Although was present combined WC / bidet, have them separated would have been very welcomed, keeping in mind family room.

United KingdomThe room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the hills and the surrounding countryside. The breakfast we found the same guy from sant Lucia hotel, and he explain me that it is the same company, and he was very kind, breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the area and things to do. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Romania-back door was locked at night and though the key fitted both doors, just one was able to be unlocked; -I had my personal products in small bottles that resembled the shower gels from the hotel and when the personnel came to clean my room, they threw away my intimate gel and mouthwash water, thinking they were just used shower gel bottles. I would have prefered not to touch my stuff; -breakfast was only sweet stuff and just 4 thin slices of cheese and ham. Though breakfast ended at 10.00, when I arrived at 9.30, I barefy could find some slices of bread and some cake, nothing else. Did not feel like they would want me there or even expect me to still eat

United StatesBy far the friendliest hotel personnel I've encountered! The location is perfect for enjoying the historical center, just an easy walk to the parking areas. The staff were so helpful with any questions or needs, and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. Helpful tip from the staff: if staying with a car and you need parking, the monthly rate is only 15€ vs 6€ daily rate. Be sure to try every restaurant in town and visit all the shops. The entire town is so friendly and I fell in love. If you want a great winery to visit nearby that is a wonderful representation of the heart of the area, go to Bocale Winery in Montefalco. Be sure to walk all the streets in Bevagna and discover its gems. Enjoy!

United KingdomThe description says parking available, but it omits the fact that it’s a 5 to 10 minutes walk from any of the public parking areas. We also had a faulty air conditioning unit, on the hottest day of the year, which meant pretty much no sleep.

MaltaOne of the beds was very small, more like a bed for kids and not comfortable at all. During the night the central heating went off and we couldn't switch it back on. Unfortunately when we woke up in the morning to have a shower, there was no hot water and it was awful taking a cold shower in February.
The location is good if you have a car and Bevagna is a beautiful little village, nothing much to see but a very quiet place to stay and share a good meal. The hotel reception was helpful and brought us more towels to the room himself as there weren't enough for us all.

Italyhad stayed here before the covid virus outbreak and all was well. this time around, found the hotel to be in a rather shabby state. the man who checked us in was professional and polite. wish I could say the same about the young man who was on duty the next day: rude, unfriendly, unavailable. when we asked him to arrange a taxi for us, he simply handed us a phone number and told us to do it ourselves. unbelivable for a three-star hotel. breakfast mediocre with bad self-service coffee from a machine. cornetti were fresh. reommended with big reservations

SloveniaI wouldn't reccomend this hotel to anyone. Leave alone that the staff don't anwser to messages, they didn't provide breakfast, room temperature was freezing, also water in the shower was way too cold to even have a shower. We were staying with a 4 year old child, so the incovience was mayor. We did contact the hotel about the issues but they didn't resolve them. Instead - staff tried to avoid us (there is usually no one at the reception).
