While the hotel was super close to the Lecce centre, that brings the negative side of finding a public parking sport nearby. If you wish to explore the region while being based in this hotel, you will have a hard time finding a parking spot in the evening when returning. During the day, it is a little easier. On the accommodation side, there are a few negatives that could be quickly fixed. The soaps offered for hand, shower and shampoo is actually all the same liquid, just different logo 😄 Breakfast has poor options - no scrambled eggs, only boiled, no variety of sausages and salami which would be expected in Italy. All in all a cute little boutique hotel however my tip is not to create your entire vacation around it.

Super friendly staff at the hotel, proximity to the city center is really amazing, our room was very spacious and the cleanliness was on an envious level. We really liked the coffee during breakfast. Great for a couple nights stay to explore this beautiful city.

Perfect location; close to everything. The staff was very polite and attentive. We checked out in the morning and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for several hours (until our departure).

I booked a deluxe room with a balcony, but I didn't have a balcony. I was told not all the deluxe rooms have a balcony. It clearly said I had one in my room description. It was the only reason I booked this accommodation.

The room with the garden view gets noisy in the morning since there’s people having breakfast there. Other than that, everything was great.

Fabulous flat. Beautiful old building but modernised. Very spacious. Great AC. Huge terrace. All incredibly clean and comfortable. Centrally located. Helena on reception was a joy. They were incredibly kind and let us eat breakfast early so we could catch our trains. Thank you very much to lovely lady in the cafe for this.

The one small item was there were issues with the WiFi and I had difficulties at times even using my mobile data

I stayed in one of the suites. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the shared space was fabulous. All of Palazzo Cavour is elegantly decorated. It is in an excellent location, walking distance from all the sites. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that the tables were not cleaned promptly after people were finishing breakfast.

Excellent stylish hotel. Plenty of space. We had a very large terrace with a coffee and dining table for a loft type room. Receptionist spoken excellent English.

The apartment would have benefitted from more cooking facilities - there was a great kitchen but not enough pans etc and no chopping knife or board.

Miserable breakfast.No fresh bread Very limited choice of fruit . Cheese ham slow to be topped up. Cold eggs. Of 20 places stayed in Italy this was worst badly presented breakfast we had.

Well, everything was good although the kitchen and terrace weren’t equipped and suddenly after a few days our living room table was gone. Also, our cappuccino was excellent but breakfast variety was poor.

The staff was excellent! They made our stay wonderful!

Great location: 15 mins walk from station and a few minutes to the old town. Staff friendly and a good breakfast included. But the star was the hotel cat “Luna” ♥️

No tea/ coffee facilities in room ( but as long as back by 9.30pm one of the girls gave us 2 cups boiled water to make tea in our room ) Given keys for a safe in the room , however it was just placed in the cabinet ( not bolted down ) so could be easily carried out !!

Lovely welcoming front desk girls and breakfast staff . Great location for easy city access . Very nice breakfast buffet and garden seating . Plenty of space in our room
