Breakfast was very Italian with cakes etc, and the other choices were limited.

We loved our recent stay at Palazzo degli Stemmi. Giovanna was a wonderful host, very helpful, pleasant and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Palazzo degli Stemmi is a wonderful place to stay in Todi, while Todi itself is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Umbria - a historic hill top town with a great selection of restaurants and things to see and so central for visiting all that Umbria has to offer. Our room was spotless, bright and airy, spacious and most comfortable. Breakfast was great every morning and was only a short stroll to the centre of town and life in the evening times. Cannot recommend it enough, we hope to get back there some day! Our thanks to Giovanna and Giulia for a most memorable holiday.

Wonderful location in historic Todi. It was a very comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. The multiple-story flat is serviced by an elevator, making bringing our luggage to the room easy. Our hostess made our reservations to the best restaurant within walking distance and we had one of the best meals of our trip.

Perfect location in the center of the historic town. It's a beautiful building with a few apartments run by a welcoming and friendly host. Lots of character. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped. Super clean. Beds were comfortable (including the sofa bed!). Great shower!!. I loved our little patio/ balcony. It was romantic as much as it was practical. A very good stay.

We enjoyed our stay with this hotel so much! The location is excellent, the apartment is spacious with everything you could need for your stay , and super clean! The owner is a very friendly couple, they told us a lot about the history of Todi and gave us bunches of suggestions on the restaurants and where to go , we highly recommend this place

we didn’t dislike anything but perhaps the directions to find the hotel and the parking could have been clearer.

this is a great place to stay. it’s modern whilst being in a historic part of town, the rooms are comfortable, the bed is great, the shower was terrific and most of all the owners are wonderful people who are friendly, welcoming and helpful. the availability of secure parking is also a plus.

I love everything!

Everything was better than expected. Host picked me up at the bus stop. Room was exceptionally clean and quiet. I didn’t want to leave the rainfall/waterfall shower. The towels were huge and so soft. The host was so responsive. Breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good, but would have preferred to be left in the room to help ourselves rather than a member of staff sitting watching us. The staff were absolutely lovely though and could not do enough to help and accommodate throughout our trip.

Beautifully decorated throughout, very clean and good air conditioning! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and all the amenities were lovely.
