The property is conveniently located and is impeccable! The whole place is charming and beautifully decorated. Each room is so stylish and well-appointed. The hosts are so warm, welcoming, and helpful! We even each received a complimentary hair service!

It does not have a lift, but it’s justified due the the old type of building.

Comfort, amenities, almost brand new furniture and a wonderful retrofitted old palace. The interaction with the host was the best I had abroad.

Everything was perfect!

Paolo was a wonderful host - a positive and kind person. The staff helped us with carrying our luggage, Paolo offered us breakfast, and even gave us a gift before leaving. The staff is super thoughtful. If I ever return to Parma, I definitely know where to stay! Thank you!

The host was very help full and joy full. He showed us the room and gave us a map of the city and told us the sights and places to se and where the restaurants were. That was very help full because we only stayed for one night so we leave very happy after a good day and night because of Paul the host.

We liked everything.

Paulo and Roberto were wonderful hosts that have a salon downstairs. Paulo helped recommendations for exploring Parma. I received a complimentary and fabulous hair wash and blowout on arrival which felt great after traveling all day. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean with good amenities.

We stayed 2 nights. Our hotelroom was beautifull decorated and clean. It was on the 3rd floor (we knew there was no elevator, so we had small suitcases). It is 15 minutes walking to the center of Parma, perfect for sightseeing. Parking in the Street is possible for a few hours; for 2 days we used Fitz Kennedy Public Parking, it is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. The hotelroom was spacious, had a good bed, airco, a clean bathroom with shower; clean towels everyday, shampoo etc and is beautifully decorated. The owners Roberto and Paolo were very kind and helped us with everything. There are plenty of good restaurants at 15 minutes walking distance. We were sorry that we had to leave, we had a fantastic time! Thank you Paolo & Roberto for this pleasant stay. We will recommend your hotel!

Our hosts were very welcoming and gracious, helping us park and carrying luggage upstairs. The rooms are very well decorated and spotlessly clean. Beds were large and comfortable and plenty of pillows were available. Location was excellent but not too loud at night. During checkout we even received a beauty gift for both my wife and I, thank you Paolo. We will be staying here again when we come to Parma.

A fridge perhaps would have been good. But it didn't bother us. And be aware the rooms are up a flight or two of stairs, as people are previously warned in the description. They were very kind with their help!

We had a lovely stay, everything perfect. Comfortable, clean, well appointed, and tastefully decorated. The owners and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Located just a pleasant walk through the Park from the main city centre. We left our car in a public car park nearby, as suggested. Very convenient. I was very happy to use the hairdresser facilities early in a morning ! A real treat.

Great place to stay in Parma. Owner is extremely friendly and helpful. We were for example welcomed with an Espresso and water. The room was nicely furnished and the bed is very comfortable.

Everything!! You went above & beyond. Your place is beautiful & your location is excellent. We had the best wine, best pizza & best meat in Parma. Parma also has the most exquisite church. This is a neutral, but the location is not in the Parma centro. I did not mind it due to the duration of my stay and because I was tired of ZTL zones by that time.

Roberto & Paolo were so nice and went out of their way to accommodate my wife and me for a short one-night stay. They even helped us up and down with our luggage, which was an unexpected surprise!

Everything was perfect

From our welcome to our departure, we were treated superbly. Roberto & Paulo are the perfect hosts . Our room on 2nd floor was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotless and very comfortable. Bathroom was generous & well designed. Treated with juice, coffee machine plus complimentary shampoo from their beautiful salon downstairs. Loved everything about our stay and would 110% recommend. Parma is a lovely city to visit and the hospitality shown by Roberto & Paulo topped off a great visit.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The hosts are what made the stay EXCEPTIONAL! Paolo and Roberto are so warm and friendly and so accommodating! Paolo made wonderful dinner recommendations and gave us walking instructions for anywhere we wanted to go. I was so surprised when they told me a wash and blow dry came with the room! Very unusual but very much enjoyed! The location is convenient to all Parma attractions, we walked everywhere. I would definitely recommend stay there when visiting Parma!

This was the most pleasant stay of our entire trip through Italy. The room was warm, spacious and wonderfully designed and decorated. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the city centre. Paolo, the gentleman in charge of the property couldn’t have been more kind, gracious and helpful. A truly memorable experience!
