Dear guest, thank you for your kind words regarding our facility, terrace and staff. We fully reject your comments on the mattress and towels of one of the two rooms that you booked, as those comments are groundless. In fact, mattresses and towels are the same in ALL our rooms, and they are all new and excellent quality.

Dear guest, our air conditioning works perfectly. We have repeatedly explained to you how to use it both in presence and on the phone. In spite of this, for some reason, instead of using the + and - button, you kept on pushing the on-off button, which explains why the air conditioning could not possibly start. We also explained to you that air conditioning stops working when the window is open. Yet, you kept your window open. We would also like to recall that during a very windy day where all our sun umbrellas on the terrace were closed for security reasons, you opened two of them without consulting us first. As a result one of the umbrellas got broken. Although you were fully responsible for this behaviour, we were kind enough not to charge you for the financial loss, which you do not seem to have appreciated. Palazzo Marini B&B di Charme
