The showers had no water pressure & the room was much smaller than expected.

The location is great, right in the heart of the town on the Main Street. Staff at the hotel were welcoming, friendly & extremely helpful.

Some minor nitpicks - it would be good if the shower area in the toilet had doors to stop water from spraying all over the floor and the soundproofing could be improved as we could hear the crowd from our room.

Everything was perfect, from check-in all the way to check out. Loved the smart TV that helps with unwinding after a long day exploring. The room has a large sofa enough for two to sit and a huge bathroom. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

The only tricky part is the walk up from street level to the first floor with bags. From there they have an elevator if your room is on the second floor. But they are more than willing to help you carry them so not really a big deal!

The hotel is located in a nice older building but is very modern, it's small so the attention feels personalized. Since we got in late we must've been the last to check in that day so as I walked up the stairs they greeted me by name. It's just one of a few things that occupy this big building yet it's very quiet. As for the room, very nice. We were right in the main tourist area but with the balcony door shut we couldn't hear a thing. Good breakfast and a fantastic location! Took us about 10 minutes to walk from the train station.

The property is on a beautiful but noisy street. Many bars and restaurants and we heard noise until 1:30 am and clean up and set up of businesses at 7 am. Also, there are 30 steps along a staircase to climb up to reach the reception area. No elevator, but can be a bit tiresome for some. Other than that the service and cleanliness is exceptional.

The service was excellent! The check in process and breakfast was exceptional.

Would prefer to have a lift from the street to reception. However our bags were carried up happily by the team. Would prefer more variety at breakfast, although for those who love meat, cheese, bread, cake and pastries, it would be fine.

Location incredible looking over the main highstreet. Weather was really hot during our stay so the ice cold air conditioning was a life saver! Lovely quiet little hotel in a perfect location.

There was abit of build up of scum and mould in the shower, which to me is abit off putting. The breakfast is not great either but it’s included so major issue.

If you've got heavy luggage, bear in mind it's up a couple flights of stairs.

Great location, you step out right into the middle of Sorrento. The room was quiet and clean. Great view of the hills out of the balcony. Air con was super cold. Breakfast was basic but good quality. They had Oat milk and vegan croissants so catered well for Vegans.

For some reason the AC would randomly turn off in the middle of the night but it was no big deal!

All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect and we loved breakfast every morning! Would highly recommend!

Some nights the noise went on for a while but was only a minor inconvenience. Overall the stay was great.

Spacious room which kept cool throughout the entire day. Great location backing onto Corso Italia and coming out to Via San Cesaro. Very lively atmosphere.

No life to the 1st floor but the staff were more than happy to help with the luggage.

Fantastic location in the centre. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. We would 100% recommend and return again!
