I have never experienced service like this before! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like royalty, and every detail of our stay was made memorable. The spa was the perfect place to unwind, and the restaurant served an incredible breakfast that we will not forget. If we return to Italy, this is without a doubt the place we will stay again.

While placing the booking initially, I requested for high floor road facing room i.e. Junior suit. However, when we checked into the Hotel at late evening on19th July' 2025 with family, we were asked by reception team stating the room will take another 20 minutes to get ready. Although we were tired, but we had no option but to go away for Dinner (instead of taking Dinner at room). I requested for road facing Junior suit (facing station side/ main road) and the reception team assured to give room accordingly. When we returned, the reception team arranged the junior suit, but unexpectedly at extreme backside stating there is no junior suit on Main Road/ Station facing side. We were already tired enough and as such went into that backside so called suit. There was no extra bed and instead the sofa which is in display in various portals was covered with a white bedsheet showing this as the extra bed. I was surprised on difference in their opinion and wrote at Booking.com later on. Next day Mr. Lucrezia, Guest Experience Coordinator turned up directly with me and assured to give a better suit next day facing main road/ station side as requested by me. Subsequently she tried best to resolve issues as far as possible.

Mr. Lucrezia., Guest Experience Coordinator .... Her positive customer friendly approach is highly appreciated. She is a well capable in handling customers and an asset for the Hotel.

We only went to the bar once and ended up skipping our free drink, because the waiting time was a bit long. There was a group of homeless people near the hotel.

The room was spectacular. It was amazing to rest there. We didn't have the breakfast included since there are plenty of places to eat in Rome. The location is definitely a highlight — it was close to the central station and within walking distance of many places.

The breakfast was amazing, tons of choices for everyone, i enjoyed it very much. The staff is excellent, always helpful and nice, the location is amazing and tons of facilities to use inside the hotel. I enjoyed my stay and i’m looking forward to staying at Raddison again

The rooftop wasn’t open any of the days I stayed. I know that in Europe the rooms are small but the room was really tiny for a “5 stars” hotel. Despite that is understandable that spa amenities are for extra pay, I consider that is not reasonable for a “5 stars hotel” to pay to use the pool. In summary I consider this hotel not a 5 stars hotel , maybe a 3,5 stars hotel.

The staff was always very kind and helpful. The location was very close to downtown and all Rome attractions.

We had an amazing stay here! Booked for 4 nights to do some sight seeing and see a concert, was a fantastic base for visiting Rome, right next to the main Termini station for bus/train/tube access but equally a good location for walking / getting cabs about to the main tourist attractions and a nice area with some amazing places to eat just a short walk away. It was my partners birthday trip and the hotel were kind enough to give us an unexpected upgrade to an amazing room which made the trip extra special. The hotel is beautiful, the spa a lovely way to chill out after sightseeing, the food at breakfast was great and the room out of this world but what really makes the hotel stand out is the staff, so friendly, so helpful, everyone has a smile and can't do enough to help, they even arranged for a driver to collect us from a concert at the Olympic Stadium after midnight and get us back to the hotel which was above and beyond. Will definitely return if and when we go back to Rome.

The sky suite is beautiful and the gym even if small had all you need and modern equipment. Very close to the train station and a great place to explore Rome from. Also a great all vegan restaurant around the corner

We had a truly wonderful stay — the location couldn’t be better, just steps away from Termini station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. What impressed us the most was the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the exceptional professionalism of the entire team. Every staff member was kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly, creating a very pleasant and relaxed experience throughout our stay. A special highlight was the thoughtful surprise the hotel prepared for my birthday. Although I hadn’t mentioned the occasion, they still managed to prepare a lovely gesture — a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in was already a great gift, but the birthday cake with a candle and warm wishes truly made my day. It was unexpected, touching, and incredibly kind. The hotel’s director also deserves special recognition for the excellent communication and care. This level of attention and service is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommended — not only for the comfort and location, but above all for the genuine hospitality that makes this place truly stand out.
