Lorenzo was a great guy to work with and was super responsive to every text. The location was perfect, close to St Mark's Square and Doge's Palace. He also sent pictures to make it easy to find the location. It was great to have a/c since it was really hot.

The hotel was simple but very comfortable, with a convenient location and easy access to everything. Lorenzo gave us a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful, our flight was delayed and he kindly waited for us to check in after 9pm. He also shared great tips about Venice, which made our stay even better.

unsure what to change as it met our expectations. Maybe the door to the apartment could be a little less stiff to open :-)

Lorenzo was the perfect host. He contacted us prior to arrival with very clear instructions and pictures to manage our expectation of how to get there. He kept in touch with us and was there to meet us on arrival day. the tourist house was v nice, beautiful garden to sit in. the room was v quiet and clean. Location is just off the front and very accessible for all tourist areas. Lorenzo also helped us with great recommendations for food. Lorenzo made sure that a couple of small maintenance jobs were completed before the first evening and it was greast.

The location was perfect. Really nice restaurants and breakfast places close to our place. Lorenzo - the owner I suppose - was waiting for us. He is very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information. There is a private, beautiful garden too. He told that it was possible for us to use it for example only sitting there and reading or enjoying some drinks. If we will be back one day we would like to stay in this place

Excellent location less than 10 minutes from San Marco but far enough away to escape the masses with some lovely quiet streets and good restaurants nearby. Large room overlooking a lovely little garden to which guests have access. Fridge and tea/coffee provided.

From the communication with the property representatives to the amazing interior design of the room and the common area, everything was great! Same was the location, a piece of silence close to the city center with an amazing garden. Too bad it was raining and was not able to enjoy it! Highly recommend!
