It was close to several places and the accommodations were very nice. Lorenzo was very nice and patient since we were late. Highly recommend

Palazzo Soderini is a beautiful place in a perfect location, whether you want to explore Venice as a tourist or visit the Biennale. The room we had was simple, clean, and well-designed. The mattresses were good, and there was a beautiful garden right in front of the room. The service was great, the prices are reasonable in my opinion, and the square in front of the house has a wonderful energy. I’d definitely love to come back and can only recommend this accommodation to everyone. Thanks a lot, Lorenzo!

Lorenzo was a great guy to work with and was super responsive to every text. The location was perfect, close to St Mark's Square and Doge's Palace. He also sent pictures to make it easy to find the location. It was great to have a/c since it was really hot.

Gorgeous, clean property in an amazing location!! Lorenzo was so helpful, we didn’t arrive until 11.30pm and he was so accommodating. Will absolutely stay here again and recommend to everyone!

The hotel was simple but very comfortable, with a convenient location and easy access to everything. Lorenzo gave us a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful, our flight was delayed and he kindly waited for us to check in after 9pm. He also shared great tips about Venice, which made our stay even better.

Clean, cozy place with an amazing garden. Good location, 5 minutes walking to Piazza San Marco. Big thanks to Lorenzo, who is an amazing person, for a warm welcome. Big recommendation!

Location, garden, complimentary bottle of Prosecco + a whole range of complimentary coffee. The nearby cafe is also a great place for a simple breakfast.

Comfortable room, bathroom and bed, simple yet stylish design, no frills, beautiful garden, amazing square in lively fun neighborhood! Reasonably priced, will come back for sure!

Lorenzo was the perfect host. He contacted us prior to arrival with very clear instructions and pictures to manage our expectation of how to get there. He kept in touch with us and was there to meet us on arrival day. the tourist house was v nice, beautiful garden to sit in. the room was v quiet and clean. Location is just off the front and very accessible for all tourist areas. Lorenzo also helped us with great recommendations for food. Lorenzo made sure that a couple of small maintenance jobs were completed before the first evening and it was greast.

unsure what to change as it met our expectations. Maybe the door to the apartment could be a little less stiff to open :-)

Excellent location in a small sunny piazza surrounded by good restaurants.

The location was perfect. Really nice restaurants and breakfast places close to our place. Lorenzo - the owner I suppose - was waiting for us. He is very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information. There is a private, beautiful garden too. He told that it was possible for us to use it for example only sitting there and reading or enjoying some drinks. If we will be back one day we would like to stay in this place
