We would like to clarify a few important points: during your stay, our reception staff kindly brought you water and coffee to ensure your comfort. Additionally, the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed on your door, which is why our housekeeping team was unable to enter and perform the daily cleaning service as usual. A change of bed linen was promptly offered but, as we understand, you declined it. Lastly, we always recommend not leaving open food in the room, as this can naturally attract insects or gnats, especially during warmer seasons. We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and we hope to have the chance to welcome you again in the future for a more pleasant experience. Best regards

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you found the location challenging. As Venice is a unique and historical city built on water, it’s true that there are many bridges and stairs throughout, which can be difficult when carrying luggage. Unfortunately, this is part of the city’s charm and structure, and something beyond our control. That said, our hotel is located right in the heart of Venice, in the Rialto area—one of the most central and vibrant parts of the city. While it might be a bit tricky to reach on foot the first time, especially with bags, this central location allows guests to easily explore the best of Venice once they arrive. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time in the city, and we truly appreciate you sharing your experience.
