Location was perfect. So close to the train station and only 20 mins walk to the colleseum.

Location was perfect as it is close to the train station. It’s also not far from the Colosseum. Generous room size when compared to many European hotels. Breakfast was very American.

Wonderful attitude of the hotel staff! The rooms are large, clean and very well furnished! Ideal location! The breakfast was very tasty and varied! I recommend it to everyone who wants to feel the magic of ancient Rome!

The staff at the hotel was very helpful during our stay. In addition, we found the room to have plenty of space for 3 people, with a spacious bathroom, and working air conditioner!

Great location, very helpful reception staff

The room was a delight and the location near the train station was fantastic. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the restaurants nearby. First floor room was comfortably quiet. Great decor!

Bar staff was a bit inexperienced. Was a little warm in room but we were there during August.

It was lovely, clean, and safe. The location was ver y convenient to get to and back to the airport.

The location is great especially if you are using the train. It was like a 3 minute walk. The roof top area is nice for breakfast as well. The room was always clean and the bathroom seems to have been remodeled. Tons of outlets for use and air conditioning worked great. They also had extra pillow and blankets in the room for those who needed more. The staff is helpful too. I was going to the train station very early in the morning before the sun came up and it’s not like a posh area like most cities near high transit areas. I asked if it was safe and the man at the front desk walked outside and looked up and down the street for me and there was no one there… I thought it was really nice. There was actually no one on the street that early and during the day there are so many people that it felt safe.

The bed is like sleeping on something two steps up from a boxspring. The room was tiny, which was expected as I got a solo room. But bottom line is that this hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It’s decent, but shouldn’t be labeled as such… 3 stars at the most. Just didn’t meet my expectations of a 4 star, but it worked for sure. Because it is not 4 stars in my mind it is too expensive for what they provide. Not good value.

The hotel is more of a 3 star than a 4 star. The hotel reception staff are incredibly rude and racist. The rooms are tiny and very old. The location is also in a sketchy area.
