A little noisy at night but it’s a busy street and the property was effective in drowning out most of the noise.

Clean, modern, minimalistic and a great location. Francesco is very nice and attentive. The bakery across of the street for the breakfast was excellent with nice baristas and sfogliatelle.

Palm Suites are in a good location for a Naples stay. Just out of the craziness, but close enough to easily walk to it. Breakfast is a coffee and pastry in the cafe across the road.

Brilliant location. Lots of places to eat/ drink in Chiaia and close to waterfront Easy to use - to get access with a code and also able to leave luggage Rooms are very clean Breakfast is in a caffe across the road it is on first floor and above another caffe - there was some noise some nights.

The perfect place from which to explore Naples! Very comfortable, clean and warm room in the center of Naples. The accommodation is in the neighborhood Chiaia. The Chiaia area is known for its elegance and exclusive atmosphere making it an ideal place to stay for tourists who value comfort, safety, and quality accommodation. Staff is very very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is fantastic! We will certainly be back. For a few days we lived our dolce vita in Napoli! Francesca and Francesco, grazzie per tutto! It’s very good location , felt safe walk at night. The owner is very easy to communicate with. The breakfast is simple , but ok since there is food all over the places. Nice visit for our first stop in south Italy!

Everything was perfect. We can only recommend the property highly for anyone to stay who wants a central location, close to Piazza Plebiscito and Via Toledo and the areas up the hill towards the Maradonna graffiti and fabulous local trattoria and local bars.

Communication was excellent even before we arrived. We were greeted by Francesco's mother who allowed us to check in ahead of time. The room was excellent, clean, comfortable and well appointed, in a fantastic location in the high end Chiaia district of Napoli, close to fabulous restaurants and bars.

Maybe a little bit more about the breakfast - as northern European my breakfast usually consists of more than just a coffee and a cornetto - so while I understand this is a local customs, maybe mention it.

Location was great, lot of nice bars, cafes and restaurants close by. And even though the window/balcony was on top of a busy cafe - the sound didn't carry too badly inside. Bed was very comfortable, and a big plus for a little garderobe where you can store your luggage during the stay.

Francesca was very attentive, she was always a message away, responding very quickly. Late check in and out was possible, done smoothly. The room was new, clean, felt safe, relatively large bathroom, enough space for tolietries also in the shower. I would recommend Palm Suites for everyone.

Everything was amazing! Francesca was really helpful, easy to communicate with. Room was nice and really clean. Location was perfect, walking distance from metro and bus station. Area was really safe. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and I will definitely return here on my next trip to Napoli.

The location was fantastic it was so close to great shops, restaurants and visitor attractions, the property was modern very clean and in a safe area of Naples, Francesca was so helpful with all our requests from the airport transfers at a reasonable price. We had the most wonderful welcome. Nothing was too much trouble I would highly recommend a stay here.

Breakfast is weird in a cafeteria. it is not clear what the breakfast includes. whilst the location is good it is quite a walk from the metro.

The location is great and the self-check-in system works great. The room is nice and big enough with a good shower. They changed the towels after the second day which is nice in these self-serving rooms that are not actually hotels.

Wonderful suites in the heart of Naples. The location is in Via Filangeri which in my opinion is the best place to stay when visiting Naples. The host is fantastic, kind and available to explain everything you need to know. The included breakfast is from one of the best bakery in town. What else can I say? Super!

Comfortable rooms, friendly personnel, excellent location that is close to the sea, Galleria Umberto, Piazza Plebiscito, and around 25 minutes walk to Quartieri Spagnoli and Centro Storico. Plenty restaurants and shops nearby.

Francesco was amazing and his mom was a sweetheart and he speaks English which was amazing he was very helpful and was a call or text away I will be visiting again because this was awesome experience 😉😀
