Check-in process was a disaster. We booked and paid rooms for 8 of us in advance but it took 40 minutes at the reception to get all the rooms and get information where to park the cars. It was also an issue how to get the invoice. At the reception first told me to write to Booking.com to get the invoice, after Booking.com told me to turn to the reception. Finally we got everything but it was absolutely unorganized. The building itself should be renovated.

The spa was dated with some things, not functioning properly and not as nice as a lot of other hotels we have visited. Lots of times we had to wait quite a while for the elevator

They need to replace plastic cups in the room with glass or reusable plastic. Add some variety to breakfast choice.

Mattresses and pillows are a bit too hard for my taste.

We liked everything about the hotel. Breakfast is the only thing we were not thrilled about. Absolutely the same set of products every day. Very good quality though. Excellent pastries with some variety at least. Swimming pool is the best feature of the hotel.

The room was so warm with heating, we had to open the balcony door for air. There is a constant odour of sulphur which is overpowering. The restaurant looked expensive we didn't eat inside the hotel.

My wife and I enjoyed a 1 night stay arriving late in the afternoon and checking out early. We enjoyed the pool.

The electronic key did not wok on my floor. Too few elevators for a 11 floor palace.

The SPA was very good. The massage staff excellent. Food was very good. Rooms coul be renovated.

For the sake of the fact, that we like the hotel, and we would like to keep coming (room 208 this year, it is for us the 4 time this time when we return to this hotel), we give below an extesive review. This review comes from a place of wish that you improve and repair. We would like to keep coming but: 1. The hotel it starts to be unkept at some edges, and as it is not an historical old venue this is bringing a bad feeling of unkept. ( we all know Italian old hotels with an old patina ..this is not one of those).. The paint is falling outside and inside, the sign PANORAMIC is missing 2 letters light "PANOR..IC". 2.The pool area needs a refresh. Most of the bubbles buttons do not work, missing 😯 or continuously working. Really take a week off and repair everything is painful to see it like this. 3. The restaurant. We only had breakfast. Oh my God. Food ok (the chef with the eggs very nice and funny), but until you get a table...is a dance. The getting of the table is not for shy or people who don't like to talk in morning. You need to be seated. We arrived all mornings and waited 1-3 min near the sweets table for someone to see us and finding us a table. No one saw us. We heyed, some restaurant personell, that was very helpful after, but we assumed that otherwise they would just ignore us as they passed near us. How to feel invisible 🫥 early in the day. Then the next pain starts..the service person just looks around as lost as us where they shall put us.. to not intersect with people having full Pension (which presumably had designated tables, we will never know until someone with full Pension can tell us if they had it better). Then we were randomly (in our eyes) placed at some table. Sometimes more towards entrance, sometimes towards window. Sometimes the table had a number (not our room number ) written on a carton tag, sometimes with 5 or 7 numbers were written and some crossed. We tried to find a pattern, we could not.

We do like this place, it is more modern than others in area m, price is higher than others but until now good value for money, clean and the facilities are generally ok with some hiccups (see what you didn't like) but the best are the pools open until 23:30 (nice touch for late sleepers). Breakfast plenty, cappuccino ( not automat) very nice at breakfast and pool. Pool bar very good planned and balanced. Personnel nice to requests and helpful. Location is very good.

Air conditioning didn’t work for first night. Need earlier breakfasts. No ironing facilities

Breakfast time was a bit late starting at 07:30 We needed to get an earlier time say at 07:00 as this would mean its better for the Person travelling for work. Great hotel and service otherwise

The breakfast has limited menu. The hot oatmeal is 8 Euros extra. The manager in the restaurant is rude. The hotel is outdated and needs renovations. First day when we arrived, nothing was working in our room, and it took long time to fix it. Last day one hour before leaving we didn’t have water at all. The service is unpredictable- anytime any area can be closed for cleaning (2 - 3 hours) without previous notes. To use the gym you have to request it a day before (!)

No coffee machine in the room or in the neighborhood until 7:30am. I am an early person and would like my first coffee around 6am.

The staff, the pools and the treatments were very good.
