Clean room, beutiful view, free parking, pool to chill with a beautiful terrace. Breakfast was fine. Close to the city center. Overall a nice hotel, just needs a little bit of renovation.

The pools didn't look too clean and they weren't that warm so didn't stay in for more than 5 minutes there was a terrace and some exercise equipment but didn't use them so can't comment

We had a family room with large balcony overlooking the mountains. Pity weather wasn't great to sit out there .breakfast was really nice and evening meal was good it's a fixed menu but was good for 2 nights as not much in the area for food and drinks The drinks and food was reasonably priced

1. Bathroom. A. The door was sliding glass and did not provide much privacy for my family of five in the room. B. The top of wall was made of glass so middle of night bathroom breaks light up the whole room. Night light would have worked better. 2. Pool. A. Who has a massage pool in the cool pool water? It was a cold jacuzzi; not very relaxing. B. Kids pool was dirty. Clean filter?

Great for staying while driving from Italy to Germany. Large buffet breakfast.

The hotel would have good opportunities for the highest stars. The problem with hotels is that if something is once broken, it stays broken. For example, the floorboards came off. In the spa department, the jet nozzles and many of the showers no longer worked, which made me wonder about the hygiene level of the spa department. Respa's young woman was always sitting outside with a cigarette, talking on a video call.

The location was great. The village had a cheap cable lift up to the alpine village. The people were friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. The view from the balcony was incredible.

The road towards the Hotel is very bad and steep and narrow. Gps could not find the way so we asked people on street.

The included breakfast was decent, but basic for Italy. Pool is indoor at the last floor, more suitable for small kids.

The hotel is pretty old, although bathrooms and some areas seem recently renovated. They have parking which is great if you come with the car. We liked that it is close to the train station, the starting point of our bike tour on Val Pusteria. They also provided sud tirol cards to travel free on the train.
