Fabulous! What a wonderful place. In a great location. Very easy to get into the centre of Rome by bus or tram. Paola's guest house was in a beautiful courtyard in a beautiful building. The bed was fabulously comfortable!!! Everywhere was spotlessly clean. As a female solo traveller I felt really safe. Paola was great. She was really friendly and gave me great information about the neighbourhood. I thoroughly recommend!!

Paola is a great host. Very helpful. The flat has excellent facilities and a strong WiFi. Very clean, very quiet, good room and bed. Excellent location to explore the Porta Portese market on Sunday morning.

Rome is looking rough :-( It was a shock to see it so dirty and poorly maintained.

Neat room with private bathroom, in a well-maintained apartment in a complex of traditional Italian-style buildings. Paola is lovely and her place is pretty and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and full of locals. Near to the Ponte Testaccio, you can cross the Tiber River into the center of Rome.

During the 2024 Senior Table Tennis World Championships, I was a guest at the Paola Guest House. The location in Trastevere is excellent. The event took place at the Fiera di Roma, the regional train there left 3 times an hour from Trastevere station. The station is only 300 m from the guest houses. The train also goes directly to and from the airport. All shops for daily needs are nearby, from supermarkets, bakeries, laundry... There is a delicious galateria a few meters around the corner. If you like to eat out, there are plenty of options in Trastevere. Rome's longest tram, number 3, goes towards the old town of Trastevere, the Colosseum and even the nearby Termini station. Most hop-on hop-off tours start from there. I had excellent contact with Paola via WhatsApp before my arrival, I was warmly welcomed. The Azure single room looked like it did in the brochure, everything was super clean, lovingly furnished. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were always clean. As an athlete, I have seen a number of hotels and guesthouses, but this one was unbeatable in terms of cleanliness. I didn't lack anything, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the shared kitchen was very practical, I could store drinks and food in the fridge, a luxury in the height of summer. Paola lovingly filled my bowl with sweets every day. My next trip to Rome will take me back to this guesthouse. Thank you Paola

Accommodation was clean and comfy. Bed was firm which was great! Paola was so kind and wonderfully hospitable. She even took me to a nearby pizza place to grab a snack after our long haul flight, and showed me where to buy bus tickets. The snacks she provided were also tasty.

Just a little far from centre of Trastevere, but still walkable in about 20 minutes. Our bathroom had an unfresh odour and we were asked to always keep the door open to help air it out.

Very good location, close to various restaurants. There are three rooms with a shared kitchenette and tea/coffee making and a fridge. Owner is very responsive.

Paolo was a little bit overwhelming though there is a fridge - there is nothing to do any cooking with so dont expect to to actually use the kitchen other than to cool your Pinot. the breakfast, is not a breakfast. it's one small pack of the driest crackers
