We had a fantastic experience during our stay in Paolimura. The place is beautiful and relatively new, with everything immaculately clean — the apartment was spotless. Every detail of the setup was clearly thought through with care and attention, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, even offering us some amazing sicilian street food (highly recommend). We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Sicily!

A beautiful retreat full of Sicilian charm and heartfelt hospitality We spent 6 unforgettable days at Paolimura, and it became the heart of our Sicilian holiday. Located in Acireale, it’s perfectly positioned for day trips to Catania, Siracusa, Etna, and Taormina—but you’ll find it hard to leave this little paradise. The property is beautifully maintained and full of authentic charm, nestled in nature with a lovely pool and quiet atmosphere. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed by the hosts, Daniela and Luciano. Every morning started with a special touch: fresh granita and brioche delivered to our door—arranged by the owners. Our daughter was thrilled, and for us, it became a treasured daily ritual. We also enjoyed an Ayurvedic massage on our terrace, organized by the team, which was an absolute highlight—a rare moment of deep calm and care. The homemade dinner on our final night, served on our terrace and shared with our hosts, was a perfect closing chapter: delicious Sicilian dishes, great conversation, and a beautiful connection. Paolimura is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place where you slow down, connect, and feel at home. We made unforgettable memories here and will absolutely return.

The apartments are beautiful, there is an amazing view at the Etna but also the sea. Daniela and Luciano are the best hosts we ever had, they had really great recommendations for activities, restaurants, beaches and always wanted to help. They also provided Sicilian icecream in the morning which was reaaaaally good!!

I could not say one bad thing about this resort. They were so welcoming, sweet and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Catania. Beautiful surroundings. Modern, calm, clean and safe. The resort itself was even more beautiful than in pictures. The boat tour we went on was just a cherry on top. Fun and interesting experience. I have been to places but never met so welcoming and kind hosts.

The property is located in a safe area and easy reachable. The property is clean, feels brand new and the owners are amazing people. Very welcoming and they really made us feel home. We didn’t want to leave this place, as it was totally amazing.

Everything about this accommodation was absolutely perfect! The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The garden is beautifully maintained, and the pool is large with a stunning view of Mount Etna. The parking area is secure and enclosed, as is the entire property. The location is also excellent—ideal for exploring this part of the island by car or train. Most importantly, the hosts are truly wonderful and kind people, always ready to help with anything you need. All in all, a solid 10/10!

Just a wonderful place. Apartament was clean, cosy and in perfect condition. The surroundings and view were absolutely stunning. The biggest respect for the lovely and hospitable hosts. We hope to visit this place again. And you, reader of my opinion, if you hesistate, then just do not :)

We spent 5 days in the resort as a family. Luciano and his son Giuseppe were very friendly, they met all our requirements and made us have a fantastic time. We had complimentary Sicilian breakfast, so delicious! Our apartment was on the ground floor with a very nice patio. It was very clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable. The gardens were very well maintained, stunning location of the pool with great views of the sea and Etna. Very relaxing place and good location to visit Etna, Taormina, Naxos, Catania, Syracuse, Fontane Bianche. Highly recommended!
