We can say, that everything was perfect. But, if we see something, what they can improve from our point of view, than: On breakfast are missing any vegetables. And they should change proces to join on WiFi. (Because you have to everytime during joining write email address) It could be without this.

Apartments are located on really nice place with fantastic view. There is beautiful garden and all areas with pool. I recommend check the website.

Not the fault if the property- it is a 20-minute walk to town of Noli/beach. Not an issue for us because of our fitness level and being ok with the old trail. Parking is impossible in Noli during the day in the summer but ok (still hard) for dinner.

Stunning views, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast in a beautiful setting. The mini-farm was a really nice addition and our dog loved the lizards and playing “find the kitty” Hiding in the basket. Of course he was perfect gentleman. The little “houses” offer comfort and privacy with lots of outdoor space. We stayed in the small house which was plenty of space! Very good AC too which was needed in the heat!!

Wonderful place, fantastic views over the ocean and beautiful garden with a lot of nice plantings. Breakfast was amazing with fresh produce and eaten with a fantastic view over the Ligurian sea. The room was charming and spacious with our private outdoor area.

Manu was the perfect host, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. She even rescued us from the station and ordered us Pizza when we arrived later than expected. Stunning views and room!

The hotel is like a paradise. There are small separate buildings for each guest or family with living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The views from the property which is located up on a hill facing the sea are wonderful. There are flowers planted all over and the landscaping is breathtaking. My wife and I did not know what to take pictures of first. My wife has difficulty walking and the owner said she would have breakfast brought to us so we could eat outside on our patio facing the sea. There is ample free parking.

Absolutely nothing!

The attention and service supplied by the owner Manù and Virginia was 10 out of 10. The premises themselves are absolutely exceptional and extraordinary. The peacefulness and individuality of each villa is pure magic. Our breakfasts were nothing like ordinary, on a beautiful terrace with one of the world's most incredible views. Note: A very romantic property.

the 7 rooms are really exquisite with gardens and fantastic sea view. location is very quiet and gorgeous and literally 5mn by car from nelo historical center. in addition the pool area, even if rather small, is nice with great views and sufficient for so few guests

no bar or restaurant. able to walk to noli only in good weather and back only in daylight. room above us was very noisy

perfect little house with stunning sea view balcony. breakfast was a delight beautifully served at your table outside overlooking the sea if the weather is good. we were offered coffee when we arrived and manu brought wine and beer for our fridge. we were expecting the hotel to have a bar and restaurant which it no longer has. walked into noli (15 minutes downhill) but not many places open midweek, we couldn’t book a taxi back so daughter of restaurant owner very kindly gave us a lift! the path Is unsuitable to walk back at night as no lights. loved it here - so peaceful and nothing too much trouble. definitely a little piece of paradise!

Our suite was less spacious and, although very cosy with tasteful interior, not so soundproof as we would wish. The last evening we heard voices of other guests in a suite one floor down.

The location is awesome on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Genua and Spotorno, the typical ligurian town just a 15 min walk away. Terracing is the key word for the property ranging some 50 m down the hillside and covered with all sorts of lemon trees, grapes, flower and herbs. Bird/animal-lovers and photographers get more than their money's worth! The charming and professional services of Manuela and her mother and especially the breakfast with self-made jam and fruits/juices from the garden were outstanding. The same goes for the egg-dishes we tried during our 3-days stay. We made two 4-hour hikes in the surrounding hills and were treated with good trails, excellent views and exciting historical sites.

I loved almost all of this dream location, but it could use a little updating and sprucing up the area. Keep in mind that we visited in winter in the low season and it was still amazing! The parking situation is difficult to maneuver for larger cars. Small cars, no problem.

One of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed in. Stunning views of the sea from the sitting area in front of your room as well as the swimming pool. Large rooms (more like suites) with an extra pull-out bed in a separate room. Very accommodating staff; we arrived early due to special circumstances and they couldn't have been nicer about the situation. You can walk to nearby Noli town center in about 10 minutes on a mountain trail, passing a castle and hillside olive tree groves along the way. Great area to explore for the adventurous and physically able.
