Nice room with balcony and beautiful view. The Breakfast was good and various. We booked the half board and every evening the dinner’s menu changed including vegetarian dishes.

The personnel was attentive and efficient but not friendly.

    Location

We were staying here for the second time. First time we got big and really great room, but no view. And now we got really small room. The baby crib barely fit in and the view was … we got room in the corner, so we had very small balcony. However we booked deluxe room which was more expensive than the room we got in 2023, but it was way less deluxe. It just has a view, but was smaller… 2023 the food was great, it was the reason to book it again (also the location), but the food was also the reason. However, this year the quality was not at the same stage, I guess. 3 nights 1400€ at the end, but I guess that I can get better for that amount of money.

The spa was very good! And it had an amazing view!

It was a bit noisy in the morning. You could hear the people next door moving some furniture. Breakfast was a bit too expensive.

I had an incredible stay here ! Location and view - absolutely perfect 🫶🏻, breakfast and dinner - just incredible, so many options, the a la carte serving is divine, the menu is well organized, everything is fresh with local ingredients, was vert impressed. The staff 👌🏻👌🏻, very helpful, willing to speak with great details. The room - 🤌🏻❤️, super clean, comfy bed, great shower, all covered in wood, classy and so nice. A lot of parking places - outside and underground, daily snacks with sweets and freshly baked pizza - I could’t understand why this is not a 5 star establishment. Highly recommend it !!

It should be a 5 star establishment, if you ask me.

Spa facilities are great and rooms are spacious

No food offered after 8:30pm, no chips or anything. Not ideal for sunset hikes.

Nice room with large bed and spacious bathroom. The pool area is fantastic. Free afternoon pastries were offered to guests.

I was expecting a bit more given the 4 stars and the cost. - The double bed was quite uncomfortable, I assume that the bed springs on one side were damaged so the bed was not unbalanced - One of the 3 pillows was extremely high and very uncomfortable. - Although there was a smart TV , the option to connect it to the internet was deactivated. I managed to connect it to YouTube on the first day, but didn’t manage to do it again. When I called at the reception to ask for help, they told me that it’s not possible to connect the TV to the internet - There was neither a boiler nor tea at the room that’s a quite standard offering even for less starred hotels. - There was no hanger for swimsuits to dry in the balcony, and I was suggested by the reception staff to hang them on the 2 chairs of the balcony (ensuring that the balcony area is not usable anymore). They were even quite stunned that I bothered asking this question like it’s the most unreasonable thing to provide hangers in hotels that offer a pool. By the way we were 3 people in the room and got only 2 chairs in the balcony. - Breakfast tables were assigned to specific rooms at the restaurant and changing spot was not negotiable even if all mornings we’re eating very early and almost all front row tables with a view were completely empty (they were also empty when we were finishing our breakfast). - The coffee was not great for Italian standards

The whole experience was wonderful. Location in the shadow Schlern is awe- inspiring as well as convenient for easy transport to Alpe de Suisi and the Val Gardena ( both of which are magnificent. The provided Mobilcard worked well. Our room had a magnificent view over The village of Seis and this view was also visible from the dining room as well. The half board dining was efficient, imaginative and generous. Adrian in the dining area epitomised service excellence, helping with freezing icepack for an injured leg and even arriving early to ensure we had a packed lunch in lieu of breakfast when we had an early departure on our last day. Vasily was always obliging at dinner. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well serviced. The pool area, with such an amazing backdrop, was quite spectacular. I hope we get to return.

    Nothing. It was remarkably good.

Breakfast outstanding. Dinner even better. Chef was creative and four course meals great value. Only one night did we order steak that was poor quality and flavor. Even then the other theee courses were very good. I recommend!

Room was warm. Evening temperature did cool but much too late. Needs a/c units or even ceiling fans

The room was spacious and very cozy with a lovely outside area. The spa was really good as well. The breakfast was okay buy could have been better.

The dining and breakfast area was quite spacious however, all the guests had to be seated very close to each other what didn't allow much privacy and at times was a bit uncomfortable.

It's the perfect place for a winter ski break. Only 5-minute drive for free parking near the big gondola. The hotel does its best to please the customers. They tailored to our needs as we were three separate groups. The staff was a bit confused and there was a lack of communication regarding ordering the food but I would put it down to the language barrier. once we know each other it worked really well. The small treats with local cakes on return from the whole day skiing were thoughtful.
