We enjoyed all of it! Not a ton to do immediately in the town but there’s a ton to see in short driving distance which makes up for it!

What a sweet treat to stay here on our Italian getaway! Two nights here gave us time to enjoy the clear, crisp pool and amazing breakfasts. But the best part was the incredibly gracious staff! Their recommendations for dining and places to visit were fantastic. I think we truly had the best pizza in Italy based on their recommendation. The rooms look dated but we’re sparkling clean. The gardens were beautiful - picture perfect setting for a special event. Breakfast was great with tons of selection - meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, eggs, pastries and breads. The cook even noticed that my husband had scrambled eggs on our first day and while she hadn’t made any yet on the second day, she offered to make the just for him. That’s amazing service!!

Great proximity to airport, so ideal if picking up / dropping off rental car at beginning or end of holiday. Plenty of parking, friendly and helpful staff. Impressive Breakfast selection.

We booked two non-cancellable rooms as we knew we would not change our plans, however, after booking we received notice that their restaurant was closed. This should have been indicated on the listing so that we were informed prior. We booked the property specifically for the restaurant so that during days we were too tired to find/drive to a good restaurant (recommendations from the hotel were at least 20mins away), we could just eat at the hotel. Unfortunately when these days happened, we had to settle for a light dinner from the grocery across the hotel. The property is very close to a main road. The sound of birds sometimes helped drown the traffic noise which was a plus. Single use small plastic toilettries was also something the hotel need to look into and change. We felt guilty of using too much or too little at times.

The staff, very friendly and helpful. Samantha is the best! It’s the staff that make the property worth going back to! The pool was needed after a hot day in Assisi and there were enough sunbeds for everyone at the pool or at the gardens. The hotel breakfast was also good. There were eggs and not just the typical sweet breakfast Italians eat. The gardens were amazing, this was definitely the cherry on top. There was a small grocery right across the property.

Maybe the distance from place of interest like Assisi itself but it doesn't really matter.

The setting and the hotel itself transports you back in time to experience sleeping in castle like structures during medieval times but this time with all the comfort and amenities of the modern era. Hotel is clean, beds are comfy and the breakfast is great! The staff are all friendly and welcoming especially Erica and Samantha who really took good care of us, made us feel special and felt like we were in the comfort of our own home.

Really lovely, we arrived late at night after flight was delayed. Staff waited for us and were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. Very clean, breakfast very good and the pool was great! Woukd highly recommend. Location close to airport but peaceful and quiet, no airplane noise.

The hotel is very well located having excellent facilities like outside swimming pool and big grass area to relax. We went there for a sightseeing weekend in the region and we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfast service provided. We plan to return soon spending more quality time in the hotel and trying their restaurant

Gravel to the carpark was difficult with bags BUT if we'd have dropped the bags at the front and then driven around it would've been fine.

Lovely hotel well placed for the airport. Owners kindly rescued us when we got stuck at the airport in the rain with no taxis! Shame we were only there one day. V lovely breakfast too.
