HP is excellently located on the seafront in Viareggio, with a total sea view from the sea view rooms. The hotel is not very big, which is very good and very welcoming and quiet. Especially at breakfast, which is in a beautifully arranged and pleasant place, we felt treated like in the family. The staff was very attentive to the guests and we thank them very much.

We booked an Economy Double Room for 2 persons. The room was indeed small (as we were informed in advance), but it was not a problem for small people like us:). But I would not recommend this room for big people, also during hot days. Because in the bathroom, there were no hooks to hang the towels or clothes at all, neither in the room (only furniture). So for 2 people, it was complicated to find places to dry wet towels and clothes.

The room was small, but comfortable, necessary furniture was enough for us. We used the window blinds outside to close the window during the night, and the sleeping was really quiet. The breakfasts were the same every day (crumbled eggs, sausages, cheese, yogurt, pastries), but I liked there were fresh tomatoes, fruits and nuts, whole-wheat bread and good coffee.

1. Very clean. I liked the smell of cleanliness. 2. Very comfortable bed. I loved the pillows 3. Very quiet 4. Good breakfast. The two ladies in the breakfast room were very kind and friendly and one of them even spoke Spanish. 5. I liked the location. Very close to the shops and the beach.

The bathroom was a little small, but the problem is the toilet itself was right where the cabinet was, so I couldn't sit normally because there wasn't any space between my knees to the cabinet. Very small space, and I'm only a 163CM woman. That is the only problem. You can see the picture attached.

Fabulous location opposite the promenade and beach with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. About 10-15 minute walk from the station. My room was very comfortable and breakfast good, it was lovely to have breakfast outside on the terrace. I would definitely stay here again.

The WiFi in our room was not great. Fine for web/streaming but not stable enough for work. Zoom calls were choppy. The bed & pillows are fine but not great.

The location is perfect, directly across the street from the beach and ~10 mins walk to the center of town. The hotel is very pleasant. Our room was quiet and big enough for us and our stuff. The staff are charming, breakfast is very good.

The hotel provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was really lovely and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were a 2 minute walk to the beach front. It is a family run business, and they went above and beyond with the staff with any requests. One of the best hotels we have stayed at.
