Centrally located to all the places you want to visit in Florence. A short walk from Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore/baptistry/museum, Palazzo Medici, etc. in other words, excellent location. Actual space: Charming. We loved the rustic elements combined with the modern amenities. The elevator was clutch as we were traveling with my mom (69) and my niece (3). The rooms are air conditioned and it was great after a long hot day walking outside. Matteo was super helpful and gave us a great recommendation for some excellent gelato.

Good clean room and great location

The room is on the small side for a family of four and luggage, however this is reflective of most accommodation throughout Italy.

The communication and check-in was easy and straight forward. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable for a family of four. The cool water machine and coffee machine in the communal area was a great addition. The location was fantastic and everything is walkable, with amazing restaurants and Gelato shops. We had an absolutely amazing time.

Right in the heart of Florence walking district, I really mean just outside the door. I would suggest calling Mateo before venturing into the area because of the narrow one way streets, he will assist. The parking garage is just a short distance away, very helpful folks, a little expensive, but you can see why when you get into the district.

We didn’t have a good view of the city but I’m not even complaining about it. I’d still pick this property again.

The location was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Matteo came in early because our train was coming in early.

I was confused and I thought I was booking for 4’people and we had two bedroom but end up being one room for 4 and it was very tight!!

This is a great location about 10 minutes from plaza Santa Maria Novella and the train station. And it’s also 5 minutes from Ponte Vecchio. You’ve got fabulous shopping right around the corner like Ferragamo, Burberry and Tiffany and Giacosa is 3 minutes away. The air conditioner was good! This is challenging sometimes in Europe. Best part was the communication with the owners. They really go above and beyond to look forward to and enjoy our stay!

The location is perfect to visit the city center as you can reach every important attraction easily on foot. Room was good for 3 of us for 2 nights.

Room was quite small for 4 adults and there was no mirror in the room apart from the bathroom so it was difficult for us all to get ready. Apart from that it was a lovely stay and I would recommend it if you want to be in the heart of the city.

Our room was lovely, comfortable and clean. The building was located in a fantastic location which made walking everywhere perfect. It was busy during the day but quiet at night.

AC turned off on us while we were gone for the day so got back to a hot room, but cooled it off pretty quick after we returned.
