The hotel was very pleasant, with a kind, reliable, and highly attentive staff. They provide shuttles to and from the town center or the train station. They made sure the room arrangement perfectly suited our needs.

The breakfasts could have been more varied, as I mentioned above. Having the same options every day felt repetitive, and even small changes could have improved my overall impression of them.

My first visit to Italy. As for this hotel, I think it is probably the best one in Levanto. Compared to the whole town, it seems to be a very high-quality hotel, with excellent food in the restaurant. The views are really amazing, and I will definitely come back there someday. I have no complaints at all and truly recommend this hotel. Perhaps the only thing is that the breakfasts could be a bit more varied, since it was the same for several days in a row. I don’t mean big changes, but it would be nice if each morning had something slightly different. A big plus for the hotel is that it offers its own free transport, taking you to the city center or the train station. They can also pick you up if you call. We had a rental car, but it turned out to be pointless, because whenever we wanted to go downtown, there was nowhere to park. So the hotel’s free shuttle service is definitely a great advantage.

From the moment we arrived the staff we're so friendly & welcoming. We travelled with our small dog & and they couldn't have been more accommodating. The hotel is peaceful, grounds beautiful & shuttle bus into town great service.

Sometimes the shuttle took 15 minutes, but that was the longest. Also no room service.

We came with our 16 month old and they were so helpful! The pool is heated and very very warm, the shuttle worked perfectly for us to get to the train easily, and the restaurant couldn't have been better with her. Also it was the best food we had our entire stay in Italy, and we were here for a full 7 days. It's a truly great spot on all fronts, also had a king sized bed which is so unusual for Europe!

Everything was great! The location on the map seems tricky but it is a false impression! It is a 10 minute walk from the (quite charming) town and even less to the station. Besides the shuttle service is fantastic (we only used twice - on arrival and departure because of the luggage and it was seamless). I loved the room - properly big, with a comfortable bed nice bathroom and the garden with a table and chairs. Breakfast was lovely - everything that you need with very helpful and friendly staff. And the swimming pool is a strong asset too. I would return happily

Nothing at all. It was all superb

We regularly stay in hotels and since Covid many seem to have forgotten that service is key. This hotel is the exception. Fab location with a complimentary shuttle to the town square or station whenever you needed. Breakfast was exceptional with the most cheerful waiting team and we had a superb dinner one night. The pool was very welcome at the end of the day. Nothing was too much trouble and service was always delivered with a smile from every member of staff.

Not overly comfortable, little pricey and breakfast options were extra charge.. it was also way up the hill, so you need to transfer every time you want to do anything.

Great location for visiting Cinque Terre. Hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the train station. Staff was very friendly. Fabio and Frankie deserve special praise for their service and professionalism. Secure location with excellent parking. We enjoyed a lovely walk in downtown Levanto and along the waterfront after a busy day in Cinque Terre.

Convenience - Shuttle bus was available to transport you to and from the train station or downtown, but walking was straight up hill (not recommended).

Staff went out of their way to be nice to us during every encounter! Rooms were spacious and clean with all of the amenities we would expect in US. Pool was also a plus.

Everything was perfect!

Excellent all round stay. Handy for the station and walkable from town with a handy bus on hand if needed. Our room was beautiful with excellent views from the balcony.
