Good location and easy parking

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station, which made traveling super easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and met all the expected standards for a pleasant stay. What really stood out was the helpfulness of the staff. They were friendly and accommodating, and even allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated after a long journey.

You have to climb up the hill to visit the old town. More than I would usually pay, but then it was Saturday night on a holiday weekend. No complaints about the accommodation.

Good-sized room in large hotel near the station. Very clean and comfortable, with good wifi. Good breakfast (with teapot!) included.

Rooms in need of a little tlc, but everything was fine.

Excellent location mid-way between Arezzo and Cortona. Busy with package tours, but they handle it very well. Good parking. Good restaurants within walking distance. Helpful and friendly staff.

Was easy to find. The pool area was a bonus. The place was very clean.

Overall a good hotel, but we experienced that some money was stolen from the room (100EUR). This most likely happened while the room was being cleaned. We should have kept valueables in hotelroom safe, but nonetheless I think this should not happen. Make sure you keep valueables in the safe during your stay.

Better shampoo/conditioner/body wash

Convenient. Accommodated family of 5 with 2 rooms- king, queen plus single. Very nice views. Beautiful roof top terrace.

If I had to be pedantic I’d say that the breakfast wasn’t fantastic.

The staff were really friendly and the facilities were better than what we expected. Location was very convenient given the proximity to the station. Good value for money.

The small village has a lot to offer: history and great restaurants! Supermarket just a 5 minutes away. Staff in the hotel is friendly, rooms are spacious and clean.

The rooms are incredibly basic. No iron, no room service, tiny shower enclosure, kitchen only open for breakfast between 7am to 10am. For a four star hotel not to have these basics in place really makes you question why they charge so much per room. It felt more like a 3 star hotel in the actual rooms which was a shame.

The staff are all incredible, really helpful, professional, and extremely friendly, cannot find any faults on that front. Pool area, Bar and lounge were lovely also.

Very noisy, need to soundproof or ask guests not to scream. Breakfast was very poor. Very basic rooms. Pool was nice but lots of pigeon poop.

The location was easy to find, rooms were clean. Allowed us to have late check-out at reasonable price and helped us with some tips and ironing.

Owner got drunk and started making noise dealing with replanting his trees out on the balcony at 11pm. Area which should be closed at 9pm was full of people after midnight, it was right outside our room. Some dog barking in the middle of the night, when I shouted they took it inside so now it was barking inside the hotel. Dinner was ridiculous 2 options to choose from no menu. The aquarium in the lobby is so dirty you're lucky if you see any fish in it. Shower leaking everywhere, dirty. My wife was scared the entire stay. I didn't sleep so she can get some sleep. The most ridiculous hotel ever. It is NOT a 4 star hotel!
