ItalyAside from the staff of the hotel, I would not recommend the hotel. Air conditioning was dated and barely worked. Our room had a strange odor and although the housekeeping staff cleaned very well, the room just felt like an attic room where would be a free guest for a night. Perhaps the rooms on the lower floors are nicer.
The staff was very helpful and courteous, even when faced with many guest queries. I found they always tried their best to meet the expectations of guests. The reception staff as well as the restaurant staff, pool bar staff, house cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. The pool is very nice, surrounded by lush vegetation.

SloveniaBreakfast: there isn't a war going on at Elba and the waiter shouldn't ration portions of food to the guests and decide that 2 slices of cheese is enough or deny pastries with an explanation that you alreday had one. Very, very limited choice of food at breakfast - no vegetables and the fact that guests are not allowed to take their own food.

SerbiaThere were no amenities in the room for making some tea or a coffee and the toiletries provided were modest - two shampoos and small soap. However, for a one-night stay it was ok.
I was appointed with a corner room - spacious with two windows both overlooking old pine trees. I never had a nicer view from a hotel room! During the warm summer night, a cool breeze is keeping you pleasantly cool. The furniture and sanitaryware were a bit outdated but well kept and clean. The hotel is in a historic building - expect high ceilings, many stairs inside the hotel, some original features - traditional wooden window shutters for example. All is very charming and squeaky clean.

Great friendly staff Cristiano with team from restaurant and Teresa from reception, they are professional and it was always nice to chat with them as with while team over there cleaners and waitress). The food was great. Very big and clean swimming pool and overall so oryginal style in this hotel, who has a soul.

HungaryThe other staff was rude. Without reservation we wanted just a dinner in the hotel and the waiter asked the chef about it and we were Good to go. But soon after we took our seat asked the price and from that point we got the worst hospitality we could get. I understand the part that they don’t like tourist but we came kindly to spend our money there and we barely got an acceptible service. And we asked for a breakfast take away box because our ship sailed early in the morning and then forget about it which was bad because we payed for the breakfast so overall it was a terrible experience

PolandThe whole room stank because of the unpleasant smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. Suprise was towels that are slightly thicker than paper. Total lack of WIFI signal in the second building both in the room and in the corridor despite the assurance in the description of the facility that WIFI is available. For me this is unacceptable in a four-star hotel. I asked the staff at the reception but they did not help in the situation. Breakfasts served in the manner of the Covid-19 pandemic. No self-service. Confectionery, bread, cold cuts, cheeses served only by staff behind plastic windows. Which, when there were more guests, meant that we had to stand in line, because at times everything was served by one person, who tried to do it quickly. The young waiters tried to deliver the coffee quickly (almost running) and were very polite. Instead of real fruit juices, the hotel served fruit-flavored drinks and this is unacceptable in a four-star hotel. One morning I couldn't leave the building to go to another building for breakfast because in the hotel corridor two very aggressively behaving large dogs without a muzzle and without an owner stood in my way. I had to wait until the owner appeared. If the hotel accepts guests with dogs, it should require at least a muzzle if dogs move unattended in the public space of the hotel.
I was very surprised that this facility has 4 stars. Only the interior of the room and the foyer can give the impression that you are in a four-star hotel. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is a plus. The staff at the reception were polite but very formal. The hotel's pleasant surroundings
