Quiet place to escape loud Vienna and spend some chill time next to the pool. Nice and helpful staff. The room was equipped with air conditioning that was perfect for hot days. Definitely visit the restaurant nearby.

#1) Bathroom could be modernized. #2) No space for an open hand luggage, even not by using the luggage tray in the corner. Maybe a smaller desk would help.

The pool & hot tubs were not in use. It would have been nice to enjoy that part.

The villa was stunning, it had old charm and modern conveniences. You felt hidden and yet weren’t too far from the city centre of Mestre or far from the island of Venice.

The room was slightly cold with no heating the room was right off the main entrance so got a bit of draft. The windows were locked shut and not able to be opened. There was a small tv in the room but only had 5 channels in Italian. It would have been good if the tele was able to connect to Netflix or YouTube.

Location was brilliant with the bus stop directly outside the hotel and took you directly into Venice in under an hour. There was also a pizza restaurant outside also as the hotel didn’t do evening meals. This was 10/10 and well worth the money spent. Overall the room was quite small and basic which was worth the price paid and had a connecting bathroom with shower full working facilities.

The garden with a swimming pool and jacuzzi area is spectacular, and that was worth all the money 💖. On the other side, the room was really small, too simple and not clean enough. No kettle or any tea or coffee maker. Generally, hygiene should be much better.

The wifi was quite bad

The place was clean n even though a bit far from centre but the travelling was very easy. Staffs were very helpful n nice, during our check in the reception lady helped us a lot.

Just stayed one night, but the property is easily accessible to and from Venezia Mestre, there’s a bus that stops right in front of the hotel, this bus goes all the way to Venezia Santa Lucia.

2 out of 3 rooms booked smelt of smoke which was unpleasant. Breakfast had to be pre-ordered the night before. A buffet would be preferable.

The hotel was well located for our business needs and had a very nice restaurant located directly opposite the entrance. WiFi was free and reasonably fast and the hotel was quite clean and tidy. There was plenty of parking.

Triple room:not mentioned on booking that is in annex ,even I checked good before booking. 182ft as in room decription=some around 55mp but this room had maximum 24mp. Guest from annex are treated differently,....guest from main building are "main guests":))))

Very nice family own hotel with nice owners and staff. Nice park and pool area including jucuzzi, Very clean shower-toilet-changing rooms by the pool. Good drink, snacks and toast options to eat in the garden. The bus stop just outside the hotel area with bus going to Venice was very convinient. A lot of parking options in the shadows. The Mirano center was also nice worth visiting with mainly local people in the resturants and bars.

We had to pay extra for the pool and the rooms. Booking/we had reserved.two single rooms, when two double rooms were needed. So bit of a hassle there. And the pool was not included in the price, you had to pay 10€+3€ for the cap / person.

It was a little warm in the breakfast area, but maybe I am just not used to the heat. Overall......a pretty pleasant place.

The overall atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was attentive and respectful. I did not utilize the pool, but it appeared nice. Great Restaurant just across the street.

Situated in an enormous park u you will find a wonderful place to stay just a trainride away from Venice. The staff is warm and welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious with views in the garden and comfortable beds. If you don’t want to visit the city of Mirano for dinner or a drink you find a restaurant and a bar with nice offerings.
