The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we had, with so many options. The location was fine for us as we like to explore and experience the neighborhood. But it is about a 15 minute walk to the town center. It is a fairly flat walk.

To be honest there was nothing that we didn't like

The location was excellent being in walking distance from the town so exploring was very easy. The spa gym and pool were excellent. The in house restaurant was also of the highest quality and the staff were very helpful

Gym needs more air conditioning. Gym closes from 1.30-3.30 Spa needs to be 30 euro vs 50 euro to make it affordable if you didn’t have it included with room .

Staff, spa, quality of dinner, close to ever town we wanted to visit around by car. Make sure to get half board as food is amazing . 4 course meal. Gym was great and had lots of variety of machines like a gym in north America. Try to get Spa in your package as entry to turkish bath , dry sauna , and hydro therapy will coast 50 euro per person per half a day. Pools were great. Get half board with spa access.

Nothing much to dislike unless you dont have a car and you mind walking about 15-20 minutes to the town center

Huge, beautiful property. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is hearty and varied. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the facilities.

This is part of the small luxury hotels of the world. Understated elegance, exceptional service, fantastic spa facilities, great restaurant and excellent buffet breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. Great value.

An incredible professionally equipped gym, the wellness centre with its body special treatments, a delicious restaurant with top class personnel, the location of Ai Capuccini so close to the old fortified Gubbio, the luscious grounds, the beauty of the Hotel opened to its clients as a "private Museum", the garage, and of course, all the employees for their professionalism, immediate help and smiles !

The spa and the pools are top notch. The atmosphere is great and the staff very friendly. Perfect for romantic getaways. I would come back to the property every year.

The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing, and it took a bit of time to find the pool, spa, and breakfast room.

The hotel was not in a touristy area, this a welcome change from Rome, Venice, etc. The facilities were great, and our room was the size we are accustomed to in North America.

would have liked a more extensive casual menu for lunch & to be able to eat in common areas - i.e: outside of just the restaurant area .. as there are so many lovely places throughout the hotel.

The hotel, the hoteliers, the food, the room, all of them were great. But on top of it all, I had a massage and your Masseuse was excellent. I love her service!

A really nice place with a really nice and kind staff. High quality service for a really decent price especially in Italy. They even created a specific entrance for the Spartan event participants (we were full of mud). We could wash ourselves before getting in the hotel and our room.

Lovely spot with a very genial staff—at the front desk, in the spa and restaurant, and in housekeeping. The spa is small but very pleasant, stylish and clean. The restaurant is excellent. This was my second stay at this relaxing spot. it will not be my last.

sadly the hotel furnishings in the bedroom, halls and spa were extremely old, beat up and uncared for. the spa facility has a lot of mold and it should be addressed. The spa massages were excellent but the spa not including Turkish path was a disappointment and seemed incredibly low class. I’ve stayed at lots of spa hotels in Italy and with a treatment this is included. i wouldn’t return nor recommend the place to friends. there are others for a similar price

Breakfast was extensive but rather poorly prepared. Staff cleared food away before breakfast time finished. Hot food was not kept heated so eggs were cold, and filter coffee on offer was truly terrible. When we asked for cafe americano from :the barista we got a pot of filter coffee, and had to ask for cappuccino to get decent coffee
