We arrived later than expected and the windows were open which meant mosquitoes could get in. I was bitten by a mosquito as soon as I got there.

The place was decorated really nice with plants and everything was so fresh and clean. We didn't stay long but the access to the centre of Venice was brilliant (5 minutes walk to the station). The check in process was well-communicated and easy to understand.

The wifi was not good! Also I was under impression that we had the whole house to ourselves. However the kitchen is a shared area.

The only thing to note is that the walls are thin so you can hear people entering and exiting their rooms. It's not a lot of noise, but I would bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. I also did not rate the staff because we simply interacted via a few Whatsapp messages.

I stayed at Pathos Guest House just for one night before a very early flight out of the Venice airport. Although it was a brief stay, it was great and made me wish I was staying for more time! The entire common space (both outdoor and indoor) is very well-cared for and enjoyable. The room was very clean and aesthetic. It's within a small town so you can easily walk to restaurants in the neighborhood. I can't speak to its location relative to Venice city center because we arrived with a rental car and then drove ourselves to the airport the following morning.

Clean object. New furniture. Possibility of check in after midnight. Modern kitchen. Kitchen is shared with other apartment but since we were only staying overnight, that was not an issue.

I highly recommend this place! It was very clean and cozy☺️ The host provided us with all necessary information regarding check-in and parking. The apartment is located 5 minutes by foot from the train station, from which the journey to Venice st. Lucia takes 30 minutes. The apartment has a common kitchen for all guests but it was an interesting experience and I met nice people.

The prettiest cleanest property! We had a great time! Loved everything about it, especially the kitchen— it was so gorgeous and helped us unwind in the best way. Marcos is friendly and very helpful! It’s about a 20 minute drive to the parking lot to the ferry to Venice.

The communal kitchen was very well equipped but missed having tea /coffee making facilities in our room !

Everything was perfect , beautiful room , beautiful garden and the train station nearby for trip into Venice 🙂. Marco was extremely helpful and even took us to the airport on the day we left 🙂

This is a luxury hostel but if you like a little bit of privacy it is a pure nightmare, first of all I dont know if we were not pleasing for the owners but he didnt even say hi to us and barely reacted - not once in my life did I see someone being so unwelcoming and I really dont understand the reviews. There are paper thin walls and you share everything with everybody - the room we stayed in was connected to the community kitchen and I had absolutely no sleep as there were drunk people there at midnight trying to eat something even that it says everywhere do not use after 22:30. Breakfast was a complimentary storage for our room that included ONE SLICE OF BREAD, ONE JUICE, 2 ORANGES, 1 NECTARINE AND TWO COMBS OF CORN for 3 people .. when I tried to watch something other people from the house were connecting to my tv so I couldnt even take my mind of from the extreme noise .. I just hated the stay and besides the beautiful decor I would not come back even if somebody would pay me
